Nah no dumb questions mate, we all started somewhere. Keeping the ticket warm just means you nudge support every few days so your complaint doesn't sit forgotten at the bottom of their pile. Reply to the same ticket, short and polite, "any update on my KYC check, cheers". Each reply bumps it up their queue, some joints actually work tickets by last activity.
Same idea here with your Playcroco cashout. Say they've had your ID three weeks with no word, you poke them Monday, then Friday, then the next week. Every poke is a reminder there's a punter waiting on their money, and it makes it harder for them to quietly let it rot.
