Has anyone actually completed a Playcroco cashout without KYC delays?

Been chasing a cashout from Playcroco myself and the KYC step is where mine stalled, so I'm keen to see what actually works for people. It's offshore targeting Aussies, so when they ask for ID and proof of address you've got no real idea who's holding the documents or what standard they're checking against. That's the part that does my head in more than the wait itself. I run bonus hunting on the bankroll there, so the whole point of the exercise is cashing out in time once the wagering's done. My question to anyone who's cleared a withdrawal: what did the verification actually involve for you, and did the docs go through first go or did you get pinged for extras? Be honest whether it hit or didn't. 😭💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

the bit that gets me, BetGod, is that the "standard" they check against seems to move depending on how much you're trying to pull. i've had docs go through smoother on a small cashout than on a bigger one where suddenly they wanted everything again. and yeah, sending your passport and a utility bill to an offshore outfit that can't legally even take aussies under our own rules... you're trusting strangers with the keys to your identity, no two ways about it. my advice from hard-earned lessons: get the KYC done BEFORE you're sitting on a win you actually want. verify while your balance is nothing, so if it drags you're not sweating. and never chase a cashout by re-depositing because they dangled a "faster" option, that's how greed empties pockets, mate. ah well, we grind on 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Same pattern here. The "standard" shifting with cashout size tells me the check is whatever their risk desk decides, not a fixed checklist.

That shifting standard thing lines up with what I've seen too 😬 only had one go at a cashout there so far and the doc requests kept creeping up even though I sent everything the first time. Total noob question, but does anyone know if smaller withdrawals actually skip most of the KYC hassle? 🤔

Gotta push back a bit on the "small cashouts skip the check" theory, TrueBlue, if their risk desk is scaling the doc requests to the amount, then any rule like that is only whatever they feel like enforcing that week, and your spin sample of one withdrawal proves nothing either way. All three of you are describing the same thing from different angles: the checklist is a moving target, which is exactly what you'd expect from an operator with no regulator peering over its shoulder.

Had a payout sit in "processing" at Playcroco longer than my patience lasted, so this thread hits close to home 😭 Gary's got it right from where I stand. If the doc requests scale with whatever you're pulling out, then there's no rule to game. Small or big, you're at the mercy of whoever's eyeballing your file that day. My thinking is the smarter play is getting verification sorted before you even attempt the cashout, not after. Ask for the check while you've got a modest balance sitting there, clear it once, and then when you actually hit and want the money, you're already in their system. Bonus hunting taught me that much, chasing wagering on an unverified account is just banking a win you can't touch. 💸 Anyone here tried verifying early and did it actually stick, or do they make you resubmit everything anyway?

Anyone actually cleared their KYC there and seen the money land, or are we all just stuck in processing? Curious whether anyone's withdrawal got approved at all.

Got approved there once, Brizzie. Docs went through fine, payout landed. Took patience more than anything. Since then the requests keep coming anyway, so no pattern I'd trust 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

Fortune, "docs went through fine" then requests keep coming anyway? That's a red flag, not a pattern. An offshore shop that re-verifies cleared punters is fishing for a reason to stall the next withdrawal.
Do the EV, then spin.

Got through KYC there once, docs matched my pokies club ID to the letter, still got asked again months later 🎰 Re-verify a cleared punter and I start wondering if the next cashout ever leaves processing.

Funny how everyone here treats one successful payout as proof the machine works. I keep my own ledger on this stuff, and a single cleared withdrawal from an offshore outfit is a sample size of one. OneMoreDepositDenier nailed the actual worry: if you've been fully verified once, why does the request keep coming back? Either their compliance process is genuinely shambolic, or the re-verification exists to slow-walk the next cashout until you reverse it and have a slap instead. I've sat through enough pokies club ID checks here to know a legitimate verifier asks once, documents everything, and moves on. So the question I'd put to Fortune_77: on that second round of requests, did they ask for the same docs again, or something new each time? Same docs re-requested smells like a stall tactic. New docs might just be lazy process. Worth knowing which one you copped, because that difference tells you a lot about whether the next payout ever leaves processing. 📊

@MissFortune88 sample size of one is still better than my sample size of zero, my ledger's just a list of busted deposits 🤣 joke's on me either way lol

MissFortune, a cleared payout is worth something though, it proves the docs template works at least once. My worry is different: they keep the re-verification requests open-ended, so you never know which hurdle is the last one before the cashout actually moves. I'd rather see one punter here get paid twice in a row without fresh docs than five single approvals. Reckon that's the real test 💸

John, mate, "the docs template works at least once" is like saying the pokie paid you once so the dead machine's fixed 😂 Offshore shop dangling endless re-verification in front of Aussie punters - funny how that business model survives, eh. Deadset question though: anyone here actually had a Playcroco cashout land in their account, or does it just perm marry in processing? 💸😏
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.

Arvo's got a point, an offshore joint running endless re-verification is a red flag by itself. My rule's simple: cash out quick and small the second wagering clears, because getting paid in time is everything with these outfits. If the KYC limbo drags past their own stated turnaround, I don't chase it, I just write that bankroll off and move on 💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

Gary's rule makes sense to me, I only just did my first deposit there so still learning bonuses 😅 quick question though, if wagering clears midweek, do they actually process the withdrawal on weekends or does it sit till Monday? that's the bit nobody seems to say straight 🙏
