Man, dealing with all that ID stuff feels like a massive windbag slowing down a big hit. Anyone else playing with Level Up Casino in Australia have smooth luck with the identity verification process? My account hit cashout status and now I’m deep in the paperwork hole wondering if there are extra documents I should anticipate.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

that whole compliance process can really put the damper on a good session, makes you feel like you're proving you aren't a criminal just to take your winnings. mine just asked for the usual stuff, like driver’s license and some bill showing where i live, nothing too bizarre, but the wait for them to greenlight the payout is honestly the most irritating bit of the whole journey. ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Smooth luck isn't guaranteed, mate. Got a cashout screenshot first, because I don't buy the smooth verification hype.
Licence first, deposit after.

Sorry if this is a dumb one, still learning bonuses and the cashout side of things 🙈 but when yous say proof of address, does a bank statement work or does it have to be a bill? I've only just done my first deposit at Level Up and the KYC bit has me nervous already 😅

Not a dumb question at all mate, a bank statement does the trick for proof of address usually, it just has to show your name and address and be recent. Same as when I got checked elsewhere, sent a utility bill and my licence and that was that. Don't stress, they'll tell you exactly what they want if the first lot isn't enough 😄

Same here Geelong, my bank statement worked fine, they just wanted my licence photo too 😅 do they need it recent though? Like under three months?
New here, soaking it up.

Geelong_True, don't sweat it mate, a bank statement's fine as long as it's got your name and address on it. When I did mine at Level Up they wanted the licence plus the statement, and you can usually get a fresh one off your banking app the same day. Three months recent is the safe bet, so LuckIsAllTillIWin, just grab a new one and you're right 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Seriously, how many times have I had to wait an extra day just because they needed one more bit of digital ID? Once you hit the cashout stage, you need that verification process to move quickly so your bankroll doesn't sit idle while you wait. From what I've seen with Level Up, the standard documentation. License and a recent statement, is usually all they need to get the green light for withdrawals. Those other docs people mention often aren't standard procedure for the initial check, so don't go hunting for them if they haven't asked. It’s about getting that validation sorted the first time you ask, so you can focus on where the real big hits are. If your initial set of paperwork is clear, the rest is just waiting on their team to run the check. Hopefully, everyone else's submissions are clearing verification without needing a massive follow up.
