Trying to cashout from Hellspin and my KYC check has me stuck
Stuck at the same spot myself last month, crypto cashout held while they asked for docs. Sent everything in one go, ID, a selfie and a proof of address, and it still took a while before it got ticked off. That KYC stage on offshore sites is where most of the wait happens, and there's no fixed answer on how deep they actually check, seems to depend on the amount and the payment side.
Anyone else been through Hellspin's verification lately? Did the crypto withdrawal clear once docs were approved, or did they come back asking for more? Only A$ coming my way if it does, small win but I'd rather chase it up now than let it sit. Cashing out in time is everything, learned that the hard way once 😭💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Ha, that one-batch upload trick saves half the pain, good on ya. Did the same thing years back with another offshore mob, sent the whole folder at once and just went and did something else for a few days instead of refreshing the page like a mug. Patience is the whole game with these checks, they'll tick it off eventually. 😉
Maybe I'm being dumb but what counts as proof of address exactly? Would a bank statement screenshot do or does it need to be a proper PDF? 🤔
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
a statement from your bank or electricity bill is usually what they want; basically it's just proof that you're actually living where you say you are while you're chasing those big wins on the feature, ah well, we grind on. i reckon a scanned PDF of a recent utility bill is safer than a casual screenshot when the offshore site asks for the docs, you don't want them catching you off guard when you're trying to get your winnings ticked off. greedy punters always forget they need proof of where they live before they can pull the cash out.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Fair point LeeManly, but my crypto cashout from them landed after the KYC cleared, bank statement PDF was the tick. Send the proper doc and wait it out 🔥
