Why did Fair Go ask for KYC docs right when I tried to withdraw?
Same thing happened to me recently with my first cashout, the KYC check just appeared mid-withdrawal and I panicked a bit 😅 Glad I wasn't alone in getting caught off guard. I'd uploaded ID at sign-up for nothing apparently? So does the doc check always wait until you're actually pulling money out or do some casinos do it earlier?

Funny how the check always waits for the cashout, never the deposit 😅 Same here at Fair Go, doc request popped up mid-request and I just happened to have my licence on the phone from something else. Adelaide, uploading at sign-up means nothing, they only want it when money's coming out. Rung true though, better to have it ready than have the withdrawal sitting there for days.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
reckon it's always the paperwork when you're trying to get a bit of money out of the thing. it's a proper cycle, that casino business. reminds me of trying to track down why a fuse keeps blowing on one of my jobs, you figure out all the bits are okay up until the exact moment the power spikes and everything shorts out.
you punters never want the hassle, right. you want the grand straight away after the winning session. but fair go, sometimes these big digital bookies and casinos only want to see your credentials once they've got money actually leaving their accounts. it feels like they're holding your payout hostage until you can prove who you are. seen big hits that way too, caught off guard when the verification pops up right at the cashout. just take a breath next time.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Same thing caught me out last week 😅 I'm still learning bonuses and all this, so when the doc check popped up mid-cashout I genuinely thought I'd done something wrong. Adelaide, yeah, seems uploading at sign-up is just for show, they only care when the money's leaving. Does anyone know if they ask again on the next withdrawal or is it once only? 🙏

Fair dinkum, BetHunter, never the deposit though, hey? I once got bounced for a doc check the very first arvo I signed up somewhere, so it does happen both ways. Usually it's just lazy timing on their end, they know nobody walks away from a pending cashout over paperwork 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Same at Fair Go here, check only surfaced mid-cashout, never at sign-up. Now I keep my licence photo saved on the phone, sorted for next time 🎰

That pop up at the wrong time is just a disaster honestly. Getting stuck on paperwork when you want your winnings feels like the worst 😩
