Casino Mate deposit went in fine but now the KYC check has me stuck
Same thing happened to me at Casino Mate - deposit went through straight away and then the KYC hit and I just stopped. Maybe I'm being dumb but is it normal for them to ask for ID after you've already put money in? 😅 Total noob here, still learning how these checks work, so any info before I try a cashout would be unreal 🙏

Mike mate, asking for ID after they've happily taken your deposit is the oldest trick in the book - and yes, completely normal. They let money in with a handshake and then get picky on the way out, that's just how these places run. Doesn't mean anything's wrong, it just means the cashout is where the paperwork lives.
Get your docs in early and you'll save yourself a headache later. I've had verification drag on one site and fly through on another, honestly seems to depend on the day and who's checking. My rule after years of this: never deposit more than you'd be happy seeing sit frozen for a bit, because until you're verified, it's their money wearing your name. Ah well, we grind on 😉

Mike's right that it feels backwards taking your money first, but it's standard before any cashout. Get the docs in early, that way you're not sitting there fuming while a withdrawal waits 😄 ah well, we grind on.

What I've worked out so far, having the licence pic and a bank statement sorted before you even hit withdraw seems to be the go. Geelong_True's idea of doing it upfront is smart, might copy that next time. Does anyone know if Casino Mate lets you upload the docs early, or do they only ask once you request the withdrawal? 🤔🙏

From my experience they do email you if a doc's rejected, but the message is often vague, so make sure the utility bill shows your name and address clearly matching the account. One caveat: photo the whole document, no cropped corners, or they'll bounce it straight back. 📊

@Mike_Freo days is generous, mine sat for over a week on that same bill thing before it cleared. And the kicker is they never once flagged which doc was the hold-up, you just have to guess. Did your cashout actually land in the end or did they shave it?
