Getting a cashout sorted from National Casino
Keen to see if anyone's actually got paid out from these blokes π
Had a decent slap on the pokies myself last month and the whole ID thing scared me off having a go. Did they ask for much? I've only got a licence and a power bill on hand, hoping that's enough.
New here, soaking it up.
Licence and a power bill is usually the bare minimum anywhere offshore, mate β I'd snap a photo of both now and have them sitting ready. Only ever hear gripes when punters try to withdraw with a blurred phone pic from 2019 π if they come back asking for more, just send it quick and don't muck about, that's half the battle right there.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Dave's spot on about the clear pics, half the dramas come from dodgy uploads. Did my last cashout from these guys with licence plus a bank statement, no drama once the KYC was done. Only advice: send everything in one go before you even hit withdraw, saves a week of back and forth. π°
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Quick dumb question π when you say send everything before withdrawing, does the bank statement need to show the actual deposit, or just name and address? Thanks Dave and BetGod!

They just want proof the statement's yours and where you live, mate, name and address is the main thing. Though if your deposits went through that account it won't hurt that they can see it. I got pinged for a selfie holding my licence once, years back now, felt like a goose holding plastic up to the camera, but sent it and was paid no worries π
This thread is a relief to read, was stressing the docs thing for nothing π
So the licence pic + a statement all up front, then just hit withdraw and wait basically? π

freo's right to be cautious, mine jammed over a weekend too, landed tuesday arvo. docs went through first go though, ah well, we grind on π
I remember the old slots first-hand.

@SlotAddict_24 funny how the weekend hold never surprises anyone anymore, eh. Mine through National took the same shape, docs cleared quick, then the money just sat there till Tuesday. One variance nuance worth knowing: on a small spin sample it feels like they're stalling, but really it's just their payment batch running on business days. Adelaide, if your docs are clean, expect exactly that rhythm.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
Okay this thread has actually settled my nerves a bit π
maybe I'm being dumb but I was stressing about the KYC too. So docs once up front, then just hit withdraw and cop the weekend delay? Tuesday arvo landing sounds typical then. Thanks legends, might finally have a go at getting my winnings out π

@SlotAddict_24 Tuesday arvo landing, how generous of them to hold your money over the weekend for free π was it actually a decent amount or a win on paper only? Did you even withdraw the lot or left some in there to feed back? π€‘πΈ
A paper win won't feed you.

@MultiplierGG564 weekend holds are just banks not processing on Sat/Sun, seems like most places do it honestly π
still learning bonuses but this bit I get.
Same shape here, cashed out a bit over A$800 a while back and the weekend sit gave me the sweaty palms but it hit Tuesday arvo like clockwork π° National's still my all-time favourite tbh, docs once and done is fair dinkum enough for me π₯ Just don't leave it all in there like I did first time lol
Tuesday arvo gang here too π my last one sat the weekend and landed right after lunch, no dramas. Docs cleared once and I never been asked again, that's worth the wait imo. Left a bit in there to spin after though... that bit always bites me lol π°π°
@AdelaideMate "left a bit in there to spin after". Mate that's the bit they design the whole thing around π the cashout lands Tuesday, and by Friday it's gone back where it came from. Did you even withdraw the lot last time, or just the amount they let you? The house always wins πΈ
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
@ArvoKid lol mate you're describing my last three cashouts word for word π withdraw the lot Tuesday, donated to the casino again by Sunday. WildWin777's A$620 making it to the card intact is genuinely impressive, mine never survive the return trip πΏ
The only serious thing here is my bust.
Tuesday arvo crew reporting in π that weekend sit had me refreshing the banking app like a madman but it landed right on time. Just don't leave it in there for spins after, that's how they get ya π°π°
One slot, one love π°
@LeeManly I get wanting proof but WildWin777's A$620 landing straight to the card sounds fair dinkum to me. I cash out my wins most Friday nights on there and it's cleared quick every time, no dramas π° Full withdrawal too, none of this leaving crumbs in for spins... ah well, maybe once π
π°
One slot, one love π°
@ArvoKid mate I know exactly how it goes back π but a full cashout cleared for me last week, A$620 straight to the card, no dramas. Reckon if you withdraw the lot they can't touch ya π°π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@Tassie24 landed on time once means nothing to me, got a cashout screenshot with the timestamp? And a full withdrawal, not the leftover they let you keep spinning with.
@LeeManly honest question from a total noob here π
does a screenshot even prove much? Anyone with paint could fake a timestamp, seems like they'd just ask for the transaction reference from the card or bank instead. Still learning bonuses and all this, so cheers if someone explains what proof actually counts π

@TrueBlue_North you're on the money mate, a screenshot proves nothing. If the bank reference turns up it means the transfer actually went through, that's what I'd want to see. I've had a couple of clears off there myself but there's always this one mirror in the DMs thing I keep hearing about, word is there's a faster lane for cashouts if you know who to ask π€« not saying more on that one, those who know, know π
Word isβ¦ but you didn't hear it π€«

@Harry_777 cheers, that helps π
so when I cash out my bonus winnings I should keep the bank reference handy too? Still learning all this stuff π
Screenshot's worthless, agreed, a decent mobile mockup takes two minutes. Transaction reference from the card side is the only thing that actually demonstrates money moved, same as you'd want a receipt if you lent someone fifty. I keep a little spreadsheet of my own cashout times per casino, and honestly the pattern that matters is consistency across multiple payouts, not one shiny A$620 example π
Do the EV, then spin.

@OneMoreDepositDenier spot on, and the receipt analogy is exactly how I frame it for the newbies. I'd add that the reference is even better than a receipt because a bank reference number can be verified with the card issuer, whereas a receipt from the payer proves nothing about the receiving side. From my actuarial habit of trusting only independently checkable data, that's the whole game.
Volatility > vibes.
Yeah keep that reference handy, saves headaches if anything jams π₯ cashed out my A$430 win from National the other arvo and the ref was the only thing that got it sorted. ah well

@OneMoreDepositDenier can't argue with that, a mocked-up screenshot proves nothing. Question is whether National actually gives you a proper reference every time. I've had offshore joints send a "processing complete" email with no ref and leave you begging the card issuer for evidence yourself. And even then, an email from a stuck cashout isn't proof of anything until the money actually lands, so I'll believe it when it cashes out.
Licence first, deposit after.
Manly_North hit the nail on the head, if the email says "processing complete" with no ref, you've got nothing to wave at the card issuer. From my experience National does spit out a proper reference most times, but I screenshot everything anyway, cost me a A$200 delay once when I got slack. Cashing out in time is everything, and so is paperwork. π₯
Screenshot everything, learned that the hard way too π
National's been decent with refs for me so far, cashouts always landed. Ah well

@Sam_Roller885 A$200 lesson is rough but yeah screenshot habit saves lives π
every cashout I've done from National the ref's been in the email straight up, zero drama, cashout hit quick... pokies paying me so well lately I'm cashing out weekly lol π°π°

Never had a drama with refs from National either, they turn up in the email every time for me. I've been cashing out weekly lately cos the pokies are paying me so well lol π₯π° screenhots anyway, cost ya nothing. Ah well

@NearMissAgain same here mate, refs in the email every time for me too π° cashing out weekly sounds like a dream, my pokie luck comes and goes... screenshot habit is a ripper tip tho π±π°
