Degencity Casino wants full KYC docs before any cashout
KYC after you've asked for a cashout is my least favourite timing, feels backwards. Every place worth its salt at least asked for ID before I got the bankroll in. I haven't cashed out from Degencity myself so no lived result to give you, but I'd say: send the docs, chase it in writing, and set yourself a deadline you'll actually walk away from. Cashing out in time is everything. 😭💸

TrueBlue, it's simple enough mate. They string you along with "just one more document" requests and slow replies until you get sick of waiting and give up on the cashout, then they keep the lot. I've seen it more times than I've busted banks, which is saying something 😄 Send the ID once, in one clean batch, and if they come back asking for a third utility bill, that's your answer. Ah well, we grind on.

Got paid eventually, but the wait was long enough that I'd stopped checking the account daily. Bankroll-wise you've got to treat that balance as gone until it lands, anything else is hope not a plan.
For me the timing tells you plenty. A joint that checks you upfront expects to pay you. One that only wants your passport once you've cleared the bonus in profit?
