Withdrawal held over old duplicate account claim, what can I do
Stuck in KYC over an account they say is a duplicate from an email you barely used? I'd want the cashout screenshot when it finally lands, because "we're still reviewing" is where offshore joints park withdrawals they never intend to pay. Did they actually point you to the duplicate account terms clause, or just send a vague template email?
Licence first, deposit after.
duplicate account stings are as old as the hills mate, every joint pulls that one out when they feel like stalling. i got pinged similar years back on an old email i'd forgotten too, sent them everything and kept nudging support every few days till they caved. wouldn't write it off as never-paying just yet, but i'd be screenshotting every chat like FSZ says, just in case 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
This is stressing me out 😩 did they actually email you asking for the old account details, or did you find that out yourself? Still learning how these KYC checks work tbh 🤞
New here, soaking it up.
Seen this duplicate account trick before and it stinks, they dig up an old email you used once years back and suddenly your cashout is hostage 🤫 Word is support nudging every few days like Dave said is the only thing that shifts these KYC reviews. Nick, they usually just ask for ID and proof of the old account, don't hand over anything you're not sure about. Keep us posted when it lands 😏
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
This KYC stuff confuses me already 😅 but what does "caving" actually mean with these reviews, like did they just pay you out one day or send an email saying you were cleared? I keep poking support about my stuck withdrawal and get nothing back 🤞
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Getting nothing back from support is maddening, that’s for sure. what caving basically means is that after they've checked those old records, they just release the funds you're owed. you won't usually get a congratulatory email saying you cleared the KYC; it just means the payment process moves from 'on hold' to 'processed' and the money hits your account.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Gone through this sort of stoush before, mate. When they dug up an old account of mine, I sent support a screenshot of the original email and the review cleared soon after. Worth a try, ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
SlotAddict got it right I reckon, digging up the old email screenshot is what moved things for me too when a joint pulled the duplicate card years back 🤫 Took a bit of chasing though, my cashout only cleared after I replied to the same ticket every couple of days. Fair dinkum annoying but persistence beats silence, you know the rest.
Slot's heating up, don't ask details.
That old inbox dig everyone's mentioning? Absolutely do it, worked for me too when a joint dug up a ghost account of mine from years back. Found the signup email on like page nine of search results 😏 forward it through and most of these places go quiet on the duplicate angle.
My only caveat is keep pushing the same ticket like Josh said, they bank on you giving up and caving. Contact of mine in the club reckons the ones who chase fortnightly get paid, the ones who wait politely get parked 🤫
Slot's heating up, don't ask details.
Same dance here once, my old inbox search turned up the signup confirmation buried years back. Forwarded it and the duplicate talk stopped dead. 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
