Anyone had a cashout sitting pending at Rich Casino lately?
Mine went in over the weekend and sat pending for a couple of days before I even got asked for ID. Got the docs in same arvo and it cleared not long after, so from my end the queue itself was the slow part, not the KYC. reckons cashing out in time is everything anyway. I never leave a win sitting in there longer than I have to.
Anyone else noticed the pending drag on weekends vs weekdays? Curious if it's just processing days or if they're doing a pre-check on Aussie accounts before they even request docs.
that queue-then-docs pattern matches mine, John. mine sat pending ages, then once the KYC went in it moved quick. So i reckon have your ID and a utility bill ready before you even request the withdrawal, saves days of nail-biting. ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Mine's sitting pending right now and I haven't been asked for docs yet 😬 so sounds like the queue hits everyone first? Handy to know, cheers - do they email you when KYC is needed?
New here, soaking it up.
Quick one 😅 when you say "utility bill", does an internet bill work as proof of address or does it have to be like electricity? Still learning bonuses and all the doc stuff, go easy on me 🙏
yeah any bill with your name and address on it does the job, StickySpin - electricity, internet, even a rates notice, they just want to see you live where you say you do. turned 50 into 5k once and still had to jump through the same hoop 😉 my tip: snap a clear photo of one now so it's ready when they email you, no drama later.
Heads up from my side, mine cleared the queue quicker on a weekday request than the weekend one, so timing of when you hit the button seems to matter. 🎰 Same story as John though. No word on docs until it moved off pending, then KYC went through fine. I just keep the ID and a rates notice scanned and ready these days, saves the panic. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod's got it right, weekday requests move quicker. Mine sat pending over a weekend too before they even looked at it. Got a cashout screenshot though? Trusting a queue story from anyone here is a stretch.

@LeeManly fair enough to ask for proof, that's just sensible. But I've seen the same pattern myself. Weekend requests sat like a dead thing till someone on the other end actually turned up Monday. Wednesday arvo jobby went through clean for me too, no fuss.
Word is they've been a bit quicker on the pull button lately anyway, those who know, know 😏 Anyway, keep your KYC docs handy from the start and the queue story sorts itself mostly 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
Same for me, hit the cashout button Tuesday arvo and it moved way quicker than the weekend one. Weekday requests just seem to get picked up faster, no dramas with the KYC either 🔥
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@LeeManly fair challenge mate, happy to send the screenshot 👀 mine went in Wednesday arvo and cleared before Friday, no dramas. Weekend requests do just rot in the queue from what I've seen. Same night as that payout I smashed a huge win on my favourite pokie ngl 🤑🎰🔥
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@ParraTrue Wednesday arvo is the golden window yeah, mine cleared quick the same way last month 🤑 Weekend requests just sit there staring at you all Saturday, drove me mad once. Ended up spinning my favourite pokie that whole weekend waiting, actually came out ahead ngl 🔥🎰💰

@CairnsNorth so you got paid, then handed it straight back over the weekend on the pokies 😂 that's not "coming out ahead", that's the house renting your money for two days before taking it back. Classic move honestly.
The whole "golden window" thing is funny to me, everyone's timing their withdrawal requests like it's a trades apprenticeship start date. A week before I did a mid-morning Tuesday jobby and it sat till Thursday, so much for patterns. The real trick is the one nobody here wants to say out loud: the only guaranteed way to "win" is to cash out and never click spin again. So where's the profit? 😏💸
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
@CairnsNorth same here mate, Wednesday arvo requests basically fly through, weekend ones just rot there 🤑 did exactly the ArvoKid move once though, A$600 pending, got bored, back on the pokies... only A$120 left by Monday 😅 lesson learnt, now I stick to my favourite one only while waiting 🎰🔥
Can confirm, sent mine in Friday arvo and it sat there all weekend 😅 Monday morning it cleared before I even finished my coffee. Weekday requests are the way, learned my lesson 🎰💰

@WildWin777 same here mate, made the mistake of a Friday arvo request once, sat there all weekend 😅 now I only press the button Tuesday morning, cleared next day. Ah well 🎰💰

@Spin_Queen yeah timing's a lottery anyway mate. More curious how many of you actually withdrew that weekend cash versus spun it back 😏 did you even withdraw?
A paper win won't feed you.
lol ArvoKid he's still ahead if he hit big last night 😂 I've done the same move though, cashout pending, get bored, back on the pokies... ended up turning a A$400 wait into a A$1,100 weekend, no regrets 🤑 Tuesday morning requests for me too, the weekend wait is pure torture 🎰🔥
Every pending cashout is just the casino daring you to reverse it 😏 that's why weekdays clear faster, less time for the pokies whisper in your ear 💸
A paper win won't feed you.
MultiplierGG564 nailed it, the reverse window is exactly where my maths says the house wins twice. I keep a note on every pending withdrawal and the sessions where I waited cold are the only ones where the money actually left. AdelaideMate turned A$400 into A$1,100, fair luck to her, but for every one of those there's a DannyFortune310 at A$120 by Monday. Your spin sample is tiny either way, so don't dress the variance up as a strategy 📊
RTP is a long-run number.
MissFortune88's point about the reverse window is spot on, and I'd add the boring discipline angle: I treat a pending withdrawal like the money is already gone. Mentally written off the second I hit confirm. On a small spin sample it feels fine to "borrow" A$100 back from a pending A$600, but over a year that habit quietly eats your entire withdrawal rate, the sessions where I waited cold are the only ones where the cash actually left my account too. Reversal is just a delayed loss dressed up as flexibility.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊

@Cascade77 same mindset here, money's gone the second I hit confirm. Only time I slipped was chasing one more spin on my favourite... never again 😅🎰

The "treat it as already gone" mindset is probably the only reason my last withdrawal made it out 😅 had a pending A$250 at Rich and just refused to even open the site until it landed. Still learning bonuses so maybe dumb question - does locking your account during the pending window actually work, or can you still reverse it after that? 🤔
@Geelong_True that cold turkey trick sounds like the only thing that works, the reverse button is pure evil 🙈 I've only done one cashout so far and I deleted my browser shortcut so I wouldn't "just check". Does the pending time at Rich actually match what they promise, or was yours sitting there for ages?

@Geelong_True that's the only way mate, willpower dies the second you log back in 😅 I got a pending outta Rich not long ago and made A$380 land clean by pretending the site didn't exist. Delete the shortcut like Brizzie said, works a treat 🤑

@Payline888 congrats on the A$380 landing clean, that's my dream right now 😅 Only made my first deposit recently and still learning bonuses, so threads like this are gold for me. Do you know if Rich lets you cancel a pending cashout yourself or is it a support ticket thing? Want to know before I try 🙏

@Payline888 nice hit mate, A$380 clean is the dream 🔥 I never trust myself either, pending money sitting there is way too tempting, deleted shortcut saved me heaps of times 🤑

@Turbo_win same here, deleted the shortcut after my first deposit because I kept poking at my balance 😅 Do you know if you can cancel a pending cashout yourself or do you have to ask support? Maybe I'm being dumb but I'd rather the site make me wait a few days than let me undo it with one click 🤔

@Adelaide you're not being dumb at all, honestly that's smart thinking 😅 From what I've seen you usually have to ask support to reverse one, some sites let you do it from your account but you'd hope Rich doesn't make it one click. I only just made my first deposit recently so still learning the cashout side, but I'd much rather wait a few days and actually see the money land than get tempted 😬

@TrueBlueBlue nah Rich makes it VERY one click mate, trust me 😂 my bank left in style thanks to that reverse button 🤣
Came to hit, stayed to tilt 🍿

@VolatilityMaster that reverse button sounds dangerous 😅 no way I'm trusting myself near it, mine stays pending until it pays. Total noob discipline 🙏

Haha guilty as charged, I've reversed a pending more than once when the pokies started whispering 😅 Cold turkey till it lands is the only way, ah well... 🤑
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
The shortcut trick is proper good, did the same last week 😅 Deleted mine and asked myself why I even keep a balance there. Do Rich let you cancel the pending from your account page or do you have to ask support? 🤔

Adelaide honestly asking if THEY should remove temptation for us is peak gambler logic 🤣 i cancelled a pending withdrawal once meself through support after going full tilt mode, easily my worst move of the year, just consider those funds donated to the casino again. let the flip sit there mate, blocking ya own shortcut is half the battle won 👍
The only serious thing here is my bust.
If it's pending for days at a place like Rich, I assume it's staying pending. Reversal being easy tells you everything — anyone actually got paid there recently? Screenshot or it didn't happen.
@JackRoller mate you cancelling your own cashout through support is the funniest self-own I've heard all week 😂 Adelaide asking the casino to babysit her is cute but they'll never do it, reversal is their favourite feature, why would they remove the thing that feeds them 🤡 If a withdrawal sits pending long enough at Rich, half the time the punter talks himself into handing it back anyway. The house always gets paid one way or another 💸
Show me the withdrawal first 😏
JackRoller speakin truth there, cancelling my own pending cashout would end in tears within the hour 🤣 last time I reversed one I basically deposited the last of it lol. Make support do the dirty work, they can be the bad guy while I refresh my balance like a madman 😂 tilt is my second home for a reason 🍿
One more spin, promise.

@Manly_North got mine through ok a while back, took yonks pending but it landed in the end ngl 😅 didn't screenshot the bank statement but trust me the A$ was there. reckon the trick is just don't touch it and don't reverse anything, patience pays... mostly 💰🔥
One slot, one love 🎰

@Manly_North fair point, though Tassie24's answer matches my experience there too, payout took its sweet time pending but it did land. screenshot? nah, didn't think anyone would demand proof for a modest few hundred A$ 😄 the easy reversal is the bit that worries me more than the wait; patience pays, but the temptation to poke at a pending withdrawal has busted more punters than any bad streak
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

@DaveFortune the reversal button is doing overtime in my head 😅 mine's sitting pending right now, first cashout ever. how long was "sweet time" for you roughly? 🙏

Trust me the A$ was there. That's the part I can't run with. Two of you saying it landed, neither with a screenshot. Got a cashout screenshot? Takes ten seconds to blur the account details and it ends the argument before…
Man, don't even stress about that reverse button, it's just waiting to deliver! 🔥 I've had sweet times on Rich Casino and it's definitely gonna clear, hang tight mate. Stick with your machine, this slot pays! 🎰💰🤑

The reversal button is the real story here though. One click to cancel your own withdrawal is exactly the design you'd expect from an offshore outfit that knows punters get twitchy sitting through a long pending window. They're not slow by accident, they're slow because every extra day pending is another day you can talk yourself into reversing. If anyone here genuinely got paid, post the proof and I'll happily eat my words.
Hype isn't a payout.
@CairnsKid fair point, a blurred screenshot would settle it 😅 mine's pending right now too so I'll happily post one when it clears... if it clears. Still learning bonuses, maybe I'm being dumb 🙏
