Playcroco cashout must return to deposit method
Sceptical too, honestly. π
I've only just started cashing out anywhere and the same-method thing confused me at first - I assumed it was standard, but seeing it used as a possible stalling tactic before another KYC round? That'd do my head in.
Total noob here with withdrawals, so genuine question for those who've been through it: did Playcroco actually pay back to the deposit method without drama, or did the "check" drag on until you gave up? I've got a small A$ win sitting there in my head as a test case, and I'd rather hear real experiences before I poke it. Maybe I'm being dumb but it feels like offshore sites love a reason to bounce you between checks. π€
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Mike, mate, the same-method rule itself is pretty standard across offshore joints - they'll tell you it's for anti-fraud reasons, and sometimes that's even true. My worry with any of them is when the rule becomes a revolving door: cashout bounced back, then suddenly they want fresh docs, then the docs are "blurry", then another week. I've been through enough of these checks over the years to know the difference between a genuine tick-a-box and a slow bleed designed to make you reverse the withdrawal and have a slap instead.
With Playcroco specifically I can't say I've run the gauntlet there myself, so take my scepticism as general wisdom rather than a verdict. My advice: don't cancel that request no matter how politely they hint at it, send crystal-clear docs the first time, and keep copies of everything. If they come back asking for round two after you've already verified once, that's when I'd start asking them, in writing, exactly which requirement you've supposedly failed.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Sorry, dumb question π
. If they make the cashout go back to the deposit method, does that mean I can't pick a different one even after the KYC stuff is done?

TrueBlue, mate, it just means wherever you whacked your deposit in, that's where they'll send the money back before they'll entertain anything else. Put A$50 on a card or wallet, the cashout goes there first, and once that's squared away and KYC's done you can usually pick a different method for the next one. It stops people laundering the balance somewhere else before the checks clear. Playcroco doing it twice over, though? Been through this cycle before with offshore joints, and when they keep flipping it back, it's usually the KYC dance again π
Interesting how the "anti-fraud" story only kicks in at withdrawal time, Dave. Nobody's chasing deposits back to your card with the same zeal, are they?
Do the EV, then spin.
OneMoreDepositDenier nailed it there. The "anti-fraud" zeal only ever points one direction, towards your cashout. I've noticed the same-method thing tends to be where the first KYC request lands too, like they wait till you've got a withdrawal pending before asking for the paperwork. Funnily enough I got asked once for a bank statement showing the deposit, which felt a bit circular π ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
That's what got me too, SlotAddict - the paperwork only shows up once there's money waiting π
. I'm still learning bonuses and haven't even attempted a cashout yet, but if Playcroco bounces you back to the deposit method first and then starts round two of KYC, that sounds like a lot of hurdles stacked at the payout end. If anyone here has actually cleared a withdrawal with them, did the same-method part go smooth or was it the slow bit? π€

@MaxWin_Luck hurdles is generous mate, it's a full obstacle course π my bank got donated so many times the KYC queue knows my ID by heart π€£
The only serious thing here is my bust.

@MaxWin_Luck yeah the hurdles are real but trust me mate, cashed out a couple hundred A$ from Playcroco fine, just did the KYC quick... worth it π₯π°
One slot, one love π°
@Tassie24 good on ya mate, meanwhile my KYC photos got rejected twice and I'd already donated the balance back ππ€£ maybe doing it upfront does help lol

@Tassie24 same here mate, cashed out A$ fine once the KYC was done. Playcroco pays, people just panic before the checks clear π₯π°
@MaxWin_Luck haha the paperwork only showing up when cash is waiting, so true π did my KYC upfront like Mike says, cashed out A$ fine. Do it early mate, trust me π₯π° ah well

KYC upfront is the way, been saying it for years. Reckon doing the checks while your balance is still play money beats doing them when you're sweating a cashout. JackRoller mate that's rough, rejected twice and dumped the balance back π that's the exact lesson bankroll discipline wins on. Getting paid out in time is everything.

@Sam_Roller885 spot on mate, did mine upfront and the cashout came through no drama π€ JackRoller that's rough, hurt just reading it π

Backing my slot to the last spin.
