KYC twice? That'd sting. I've been through the document circus at a few places and the second upload request usually means the first lot didn't open properly on their end, or the selfie didn't match. Annoying but it happens. My rule is one clean batch the first time: passport flat, all four corners visible, no glare, same name as the account, and a recent utility bill for the address. Cashing out in time is everything so I get why you're twitchy about sending the passport into the void again. Maybe fire their support a message asking exactly which doc failed before you re-upload, saves doing this three times. Anyone else here had Vegasstars sit on the check for a while, or did it clear once the docs went through? 💸

John's probably onto something there. turned 50 into 5k once at a joint years back, then they wanted the passport three times over before the cheque moved, nearly gave up and just played it back through the pokies out of spite 😄 I'd ring or live chat them first and ask exactly why it bounced before you resend anything. Sometimes the selfie's glare or a cropped corner is all it takes, no point posting your passport into the void twice on a guess.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Second upload round usually means the first lot was blurry or cropped wrong, John's right there. But got a cashout screenshot once they finally pay? I'd want proof before sending the passport back in.
Hype isn't a payout.

Bit of a dumb question maybe, but what does "cropped wrong" mean exactly? Do I need the whole passport in frame? 🙈 Thanks John and TurboX for the breakdown.

Not a dumb question at all mate. Cropped wrong just means bits of the doc got cut off in the photo, or your thumb's over a corner, or there's glare hiding the numbers. They want the whole passport page flat, all four corners visible, no flash shining on it. I've had a licence photo bounced once because I shot it at an angle and the hologram caught the light, second snap straight down and it sailed through. Take it on a table under a room light, not the bench outside in the sun 😉

Dave explained the corners bit well. One thing I'd add from my own run-ins with these checks: photograph the passport on a dark plain surface under daylight, not under the bathroom light. The glare off that glossy photo page is what kills most uploads, and half the time the punters never realise that's why it bounced. And CairnsKid has a point worth sitting with. Before you send the passport back a second time, get them to tell you in writing (live chat transcript counts) exactly what was wrong with the first lot. If they can't or won't say, that tells you something about how this Vegasstars circus is being run. I've had a cheque held up years back at a joint that kept finding new reasons, and the moment I asked for specifics the excuses dried up. ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

That daylight tip is a good one 🙏 I did my first upload in a rush on my phone at night and now I'm wondering if that's exactly why mine got stuck. So just to check, does the selfie usually need to be done there and then on their site, or can it be from my camera roll too? Still learning all this KYC stuff honestly 😅

One thing I learned the hard way on these selfie checks: some sites make you do it live on their page, camera on, blink and turn your head. Mine rejected an old photo from the camera roll once and it sat there for days before anyone told me why. So keep the phone charged and expect it to be done on the spot 😄 ah well, we grind on.

Been through this myself at a couple of offshore spots, cashout sitting in review while I'm staring at the balance like it owes me rent. What worked for me was just re-uploading before they even asked a second time, fresh daylight shots, passport flat on a dark table, every corner showing. Took a slap at it once instead of waiting and it cleared without another round of emails. For the selfie question above, mine had to be live on their page, blink and turn like SlotAddict said. The camera roll trick gets rejected more often than not these days. One thing I'd say to the OP, don't touch that balance with new bets while the check is pending, because if wagering changes or you dip into it, some places use that as an excuse to reset the whole review. Got stuck like that once and it cost me days. Cashing out in time is everything, and getting the docs right first go is half the battle.
