Doing my first cashout at Rocket Casino
feels kinda weird, doesn't it, being that close to the cash, but still having to wait for the paperwork to clear? i've seen enough of this cycle before, the high spots followed by the long hang times when you try to turn a win into actual A$ in your bank account. any of you blokes been through the whole kit and caboodle with a fresh cashout from one of the offshore places from australia? i'm wondering what kind of documentation they usually throw at you for the KYC checks. passport copies, proof of address, all that stuff. just want to know what your nightmares look like on the withdrawal side, before i risk getting stuck in that waiting queue.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
That hang time before the KYC clears is exactly where I keep my expectations low. On a small spin sample you get lucky and they only want ID plus a utility bill, other times they'll chase proof of the deposit method too, so have photos of everything ready before you even request the withdrawal. Whatever docs they list, send them in one go, half-done uploads are what stretch these checks out.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
Agree with having the photos ready before you hit request, saved me a heap of back and forth last time. They wanted my licence plus a shot of the card I deposited with, numbers mostly covered. Weird feeling when the money's sitting there pending though, I just close the laptop and walk away, checking every hour drives you mad 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Thanks BetGod, that's exactly what I was worried about. Only did my first deposit there recently so my head's still spinning with all this KYC stuff 😅 So basically they'll want licence, maybe a bill, maybe the card pic with numbers half covered? Might just photograph the lot tonight so I'm not scrambling later 🙏
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Is the KYC paperwork always that slow? How long does it usually take for them to actually approve the withdrawal once I send the documents? 😬🙏
New here, soaking it up.
KYC just means "know your customer", mate, basically them proving you're a real person and the money's yours before they let it move. Send the licence photo, card pic with most digits covered, maybe a bill with your address, and don't panic if they come back asking for one more thing, that's normal. Nobody can promise you an exact wait time, it varies site to site, so keep expectations level and just get the docs in clean first go. ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
why does it always feel like they wanna stop the money right before the bank.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Anyone else find it funny how the "prove it's you" pile always doubles the second you actually ask for a payout? Deposits go through no questions, then suddenly they need a bill from last quarter. FreeSpinsLuck reckons it's just the cycle, but I'd say half of it is them hoping you get impatient and reverse the withdrawal. Send the docs once, clean copies, and don't touch that pending balance no matter what 😭
Funny how nobody ever got asked for a selfie during a deposit 🤔 The check's standard, just send clean docs the first go and it usually moves.
Seems like paperwork is the real beast, doesn't it? better just send clean docs the first time trying to turn that grand into cash.
