Trying to get my cashout sorted from National Casino
Interesting timing on this one, I did my first-ever cashout from National a little while back and the KYC bit had me nervous too π
They basically wanted proof of who I am and where I live, standard ID stuff, nothing weird. Mine went through okay eventually but the waiting was the worst part. Does anyone know if they ask for card photos as well, or just ID and a bill? π€
New here, soaking it up.
Yeah that waiting period is where the patience gets tested, isn't it. I've been through a few of these checks over the years and they all ask for the same three things - photo ID, a utility bill or bank statement for the address, and usually a snap of the card or a screenshot of the account you're withdrawing to. Nothing exotic with National from what I saw, same drill.
One bit of advice from someone who's busted more banks than you've deposited: send the documents crisp and complete the first time. Half the stalls happen because a bill is older than they accept or the corners of the ID got cut off in the photo, then you're back in the queue again. Do it properly once and you mostly just chew your nails while they look at it. Ah well, we grind on π
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Yeah the card screenshot bit trips people up more than the ID does, take a clear one with some of the numbers visible and it usually goes first go. My thinking is if the doc packet's right the wait's just them clearing the queue, nothing sinister. Keen to hear if anyone had the bank side ask extra questions on the incoming amount.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Quick question if that's okay, maybe I'm being dumb here π
When you say a screenshot of the card or account, does the card need to show the full long number on the front or just the last few digits? I've got my card half-covered in the photo I took and now I'm second-guessing whether they'll bounce it back.
First cashout I've ever tried to sort so the KYC bit is doing my head in a bit. Photo ID and a bill I can do easy, it's just the card part that's got me nervous. Do they want a selfie holding the ID too, or is that some casinos and not others?
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
No dumb question at all mate, better asking than having the packet bounced back. Usually they want enough showing that it's clearly your card - last four digits plus your name, and cover the middle numbers and the CVV if you like, they never need those. Same deal with a bank account screenshot, name and a few digits visible is plenty. Send it sharp and uncropped apart from what you hide and it'll go through first go π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Glad I read this before my first cashout there π
So the CVV can stay covered and they still approve it? Was worried they'd bounce the lot if anything was hidden.

Fair dinkum, I'm side-eyeing the "queue" excuse a bit though - my last verify somewhere took one afternoon, another sat for days with no word. So is it actually queue backlog at National or just their support being asleep? π Be keen to hear if anyone nudged support mid-check and whether that sped things up or made it worse.
Cheers, that helps on the CVV bit π Still a total noob here so my first National cashout's just gone in, will report back if the verification step stalls or sails through π
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.
My last verify sat so long I deposited the last of it lol. Hope yours sails through quicker, keep us posted π€£
One more spin, promise.

@Dave_RTP my experience says it's support being asleep more often than a genuine backlog. If nothing moves after a few days, chase them daily and keep timestamps. Squeaky wheel gets paid.
Volatility > vibes.

@BonusBabeCasino same, chasing daily got my A$400 out last month after they sat on it, timestamps saved my butt π₯ good tip
One slot, one love π°
Chasing daily worked for me too, second cashout stalled and a polite nudge each morning got it moving in under a week. Keep those timestamps, SlotAddictLord.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
Chasing daily works, can confirm π€ got my cashout moving after two days of pestering. Support sleeps, they don't hate you lol ah well keep nudging
Backing my slot to the last spin.
