Casino Mate asked for KYC docs twice in one week
Two KYC rounds in one week with the second email from a different address? Yeah, that'd spook me too. I've been through the standard doc dance before a cashout and it was one email, one address, done. A second request mid-payout from a different sender is the part I'd want cleared up — could just be their verification team using a separate system, but phishers love dressing up as a casino's KYC dept when they know a punter has a withdrawal pending. I wouldn't send anything until you've confirmed with support through the site itself that the second email is actually them. Nothing worse than a win sitting in limbo while some clown harvests your ID. Did the first cashout get held up or is it still moving?
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Different sender address the second time would've had me checking the headers too, BetGod. Mind you, the big rooms churn through a few compliance inboxes and it's not always tidy. I'd rather send the docs twice than have a cashout sit in limbo, greed kills more wins than slow paperwork ever did. Let us know if it clears up 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
This would do my head in 😅 Did you email support directly to confirm the second address was theirs? Sending ID twice to some random inbox sounds dodgey.
Geelong_True has it right, email support through the site's own contact page and ask them to confirm the second address before sending anything. Two rounds in a week is annoying but survivable; sending ID to an inbox you can't verify is where people get burned. And until the cashout actually lands, I'm holding judgment. Anyone here actually had this exact double-request happen and got paid after?
Hype isn't a payout.
Second email from a different address is the bit I'd be fixating on, CairnsKid is right that nothing goes anywhere until support confirms it through the site's own portal. My caveat: get that confirmation in writing and screenshot it, because "we never received your documents" is the oldest stall in the book when a payout is sitting there waiting.
Had a similar runaround with an offshore room a few years back. Sent my licence and a utility bill, then they "lost" the file and asked again. Payout sat in limbo for weeks and I never believed their compliance inbox story for a second. If the second request isn't confirmed as legit, I'd hold the docs and chase the withdrawal status separately. Got a cashout screenshot? That's your timestamp if this ends up in a dispute.
Licence first, deposit after.
Quick dumb question 😅 how do I actually check email headers to see where it really came from? Only ever sent ID once before, cheers to anyone who explains 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
Headers are just the hidden techy bit at the top of an email that shows the actual server it came from, not the friendly name in the inbox. In most mail apps you hit the three dots or arrow next to reply and pick "show original" and it'll list the real sending address, worth a squint before you send your ID anywhere twice. Turned 50 into 5k once on the old slots, and even back then I checked every doc email like a bank statement, learned that the hard way after a dodgy lookalike landed in my inbox 😄
Happened to me a couple of years back with an offshore outfit, first KYC from one address, then a "verification team" email from something that looked close but wasn't quite right. Almost sent my passport off before I clocked the sender was fishing. Support confirmed through the site that no second request existed, and the cashout went through fine once I sat tight. Don't send a thing till they confirm, ah well, we grind on 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Different sender address would be a hard no from me. I'd only ever send docs through the site's own upload portal, never email. Phishers love a mid-cashout player.
Licence first, deposit after.
What gets me is the timing. Second request lands before the cashout's even processed, so you don't know if it's a genuine extra check or some muppet counting on you being impatient to send docs to the wrong mailbox. I'd be uploading everything through the site portal only and telling support the email side can wait. And if the payout drags on past that, did they even let you withdraw in the end? 🤡💸
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
Yeah Manly's right, portal only 🤡 I got burned years back handing docs to a lookalike mailbox - never saw that A$ again. Did you even withdraw yet?😏
A paper win won't feed you.
Second request out of the blue before the cashout even moved? Yeah that'd give me the irrits too 😱 same thing spooked me at my regular spot last year, turned out the "verification team" address was a lookalike and the real one was support@. Check the domain letter by letter, one swapped letter is all it takes. Portal upload only, no way I'm emailing a passport anywhere 🔥
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
Reading this thread as someone who's still learning bonuses and only just did my first proper cashout 😅 the different sender address bit is what got me, I only got asked for docs once and it came from the same support address as my account emails, which now seems like the tell? Going through the account portal only from here on, thanks PaulVegas and MultiplierGG564 for flagging that 🙏

Two different sender addresses is the bit that would do my head in, honestly. Real outfits keep their support domain consistent, if the second email came from something that looks a knockoff of the first, I'd be replying to nobody until I log into the account and check whether the request actually shows in the portal. DeadSpin's story above is basically the blueprint: the fake one pretends to be verification, the real one is support@.
Went through a double KYC myself once mid-cashout and it turned out the second round was just the payments side wanting a different doc than the account side. Annoying, but legit. The tell was it all sat in the account dashboard. If yours doesn't, that's sus as anything. Would rather eat a day or two of delay than hand a licence photo to a lookalike inbox while a payout's hanging 😭

@John_HighRoller same, only use the portal, never touch email links. Casino Mate verified me twice too but my A$1.4k cashout still cleared 🔰💰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@John_HighRoller yeah nah, mismatched sender is my hard stop too. I've had Casino Mate chase docs twice; both came through the portal, which is the only reason I replied at all.

@MaxWin_Luck same support address as your account emails is exactly the right tell, well spotted. My rule: never click anything in a KYC email, log into the account yourself and check the verification queue in there. If the request isn't sitting in the portal, it doesn't exist, no matter how legit the sender looks.

Portal-only gang here too 😅 got the double doc chase from Casino Mate as well and both times I ignored the emails completely, just uploaded in the account and it went through. Was sweating a bit the second round ngl, thought my cashout was cooked. Cleared fine in the end 🔰💰
Only thing that annoys me is why they can't ask once and keep it once, twice in a week felt dodgy even though it was legit. Ah well, money landed, that's all I care about 🤑
One slot, one love 🎰
@Spin_Queen honestly, ignoring the emails and just using the portal was the right call, that's exactly how I handled both of mine. The second chase did add a bit of a wait for me, my cashout sat in pending an extra day or so while the docs got re-verified, but it cleared without drama. That's pretty standard whenever KYC restarts, the clock resets on their end while they look at the new uploads.
One tip from experience: upload everything in one go rather than dribbling docs in as they ask, because each fresh batch seems to bump you back to the back of the review queue. Also make sure the names and addresses on the docs match your account exactly - a mismatch is what usually triggers the second chase in the first place. On a small sample of two withdrawals I can't claim it's always like that, but the pattern held for me both times.

@Brizzie24 yeah same experience here, second chase knocked an extra day onto my pending but once the portal docs cleared it paid out no dramas 🤑 deadset worth just ignoring the emails and doing it all in the account. First cashout I did went smooth though, so if it's your first there's a fair chance you won't even cop the double KYC 🔥💰

Maybe I'm being dumb but I got one of those doc chases too and nearly replied to the email 🙈 portal upload sorted it same arvo, though my first cashout (only A$60 lol) sat an extra day while they checked. Good to hear yo…
@Ace_Lord good to hear it cleared once the portal stuff went through. I'm still stuck in my first withdrawal, uploaded my ID yesterday, so fingers crossed it's just the usual day wait? 😅

Just made my first cashout there so this thread has me sweating 😅 portal only from now on. Does the double KYC slow down the withdrawal much?

@LuckIsAllTillIWin don't sweat it mate, mine sat pending maybe an extra day during the second check then paid out fine 🤑 do everything in the portal and you'll be right 💰

Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
@Mike_Win not dumb at all, replying to those emails is the trap. Every time I've gone through the portal instead, the verification gets attached to the account itself, so there's a timestamp on it and nobody can claim they never received anything.
Only thing I'd add for everyone waiting on a cashout: don't read the pending time as a sign of anything wrong. On a small spin sample a one or two day variance in processing tells you nothing about how the site treats you long term, it's just queue noise around the re-verification. Mine cleared the same way once the docs ticked over to approved. Keep an eye on the account status rather than your inbox and you'll be right.
Volatility > vibes.
That portal tip is handy, didn't know the uploads get a timestamp on their end 😅 I got asked twice as well last week and panicked the second time, thought I'd stuffed something up. Still waiting on my first proper cashout so this thread is calming me down a bit 🙏
