Either works mate, it just needs to show your name and address and be recent, so a power bill is deadset fine if it's current. Bank statement does the same job. Scan it clear, upload before you ask for the cashout, and it's painless. Ah well, we grind on.

@SlotAddict_24 yeah did the same, power bill sent in week one and cashout later was no drama at all. Crypto's the way to go here, lands way quicker than a bank transfer in my experience, usually same day once they approve it. Keep bet per spin sensible while you're clearing the wagering so the balance survives till the payout hits 💸

I uploaded my licence and a recent utility bill when I signed up, long before I ever thought about cashing out, and when the withdrawal request went through there was nothing left to chase. The only caveat I'd add for Mike is that the bill has to genuinely match the address on your account. I've got a mate who moved flats and kept playing on the old address, and that little mismatch held his cashout up for days while they re-verified everything. If you've shifted house recently, update the account details first, then send the docs. Do that and the whole cycle is boring in the best way. 📊
