Trying to work out how the Level Up Casino cashout process actually
Been wondering the same myself, havent done a cashout there yet. From what mates reckon the KYC check is where it slows down, docs and all that. Did anyone here actually get paid out clean first go, or did the verification dig in? Keen to hear how long the wait ran for you blokes.

BetGod, I did a cashout there once, took a bit of a slap around the KYC stage, they wanted a utility bill on top of the licence and card pics before anything moved. After the docs went through clean it was fine, no further drama. From what I've seen with offshore outfits taking Aussies, verification is nearly always where the queue jams up, the payout itself runs smoother once you're cleared. Ah well, we grind on.

Yeah it's just a proof of address doc, usually a bill (power, gas, water) with your name and address on it, dated within the last few months. The exact list changes between casinos so worth checking their terms, and plenty will take a bank statement showing the address instead. If the bill's in the flatmate's name it won't count, so a statement's probably your safer bet.
Fair point on the doxxing worry, but block out the account details and it's a non-issue. NickNewcastle, "couple rounds of docs" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there, reckon. And for the flatmate situation, that's exactly where the stall happens, you'll get bounced until it matches or they settle for whatever suits them. Still believe it when you cash out properly, sorry.

Yeah "couple rounds" sounds about right from my end, first cashout with an offshore outfit almost never goes through first hit.
