Vegasstars cashout finally cleared after my KYC check

Mike_Win, yeah grab a fresh one mate. Did mine through the netbanking app, took two minutes and the date was current - the few-months-old one from before the move had my old address on it, which is exactly the sort of thing that'll stick in the queue. Anything with a mismatch between the statement address and your licence and they'll just sit on it. And to the nervous newies in here, been through this cycle more times than I can count, turned 50 into a couple of grand once on the old online pokies back when they hit different. The verify-after-withdrawal-request thing was how mine went too, they only asked once the money was coming back my way. Annoying but normal. Hang in there BetGod, a week of silence doesn't mean they've lost your docs, sometimes they're just slow.😉

Address mismatch got mine stuck too 😂 moved flats, doc had the old one, queue went dead. Fresh netbanking statement sorted it, reckon that's the fix for most of ya 🤡💸

Yeah Geelong_True they'll ask again when you move, that's the fun part 😂 did my second KYC with them after shifting suburbs and had to redo the whole circus, licence plus a fresh statement with the new address on it. And a tip for anyone waiting, check the file size of what you upload. Mine got knocked back once because the PDF was some mangled scan from my phone that their system couldn't read, re-sent a clean one and it moved the same day. Half these "stuck in queue" stories are just dodgy uploads, I reckon 🤡 Anyway congrats to the OP, actual money out of an offshore joint is rarer than a pokie paying on a Tuesday. Did you even withdraw a decent amount or was it a paper win you chased straight back in? 😏💸

Adelaide nah you're not dumb, they just want clear pics of the docs, screenshot or PDF doesn't change what they check imo. Smaller file just means it uploads properly and doesn't sit there rejected for days 😅 my cashout at Vegasstars went smooth once the pics weren't blurry, that's half the battle fr 🔥
