LuckIsAllTillIWin mate, proof of address just means a document showing where you live, so a power or water bill with your name and address on it does the job fine. Only catch is most places want it recent, usually last three months or so, an old one from months back can get knocked back. Worth ringing the provider or checking your MyGov for a fresh statement, takes two minutes 😄

I uploaded a photo of my bank statement for the address check and it went through fine, so the paper one should be ok as long as everything's legible 🙏 mind you mine's still sitting in the pending pile like Dave's, so no guarantee on how long the whole thing drags out. Does anyone know if they email you when it's cleared or do you just have to keep checking?
