Royal Ace Casino and the no-KYC question
Been wondering the same thing myself, every time I've read about Royal Ace payouts the story ends somewhere in the verification queue. Anyone here actually had a cashout land with just the basics, or does the full ID request hit everyone before a cent moves? Keen to hear how far you got before they asked for documents 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod, mate, I did the Royal Ace dance years back — small cashout, thought I'd got away with the basics, then the ID email landed anyway before the money moved. Every offshore outfit I've pulled a win from eventually asked for the full folder, so I'd budget for the docs, no surprises. If anyone here genuinely got a payout with just a licence snap, I'd love to hear how they managed it 😄
ChasingLossesAgain's story matches my experience, the "basics only" cashout is a myth at these offshore joints, they always come back wanting the full folder before anything moves. BetGod, got a cashout screenshot from anyone claiming otherwise? Yeah nah, I'd just plan on sending the ID upfront and save yourself the fortnight of queue purgatory.
Licence first, deposit after.
That's a bit deflating 😅 I only made my first deposit there recently and was half hoping I'd sneak a cashout through with the basics. Sounds like the ID email hits everyone before a cent moves then? So do you just hand over passport and utility bill upfront to save the waiting, or wait for them to ask?
New here, soaking it up.
Oh no, that ID email sounds scary 😅 quick dumb question from a total noob here, when you say "full folder", what do they actually want? Like just a driver's licence and a bill, or other stuff too? Trying to picture what I'd be up for if I ever get a win through 🙏

No dumb question at all mate, good on ya for asking before the money's on the line.
"Full folder" just means the works: photo ID (licence or passport), a utility bill or bank statement with your address on it, and usually a photo of the card you deposited with, sometimes a selfie holding the ID for good measure. Nothing sinister, they just want to prove you're you before they move a cent. My advice after a few decades of watching banks come and go: have it scanned and ready before you even request the cashout, saves the money sitting in limbo for weeks while you hunt around for a bill with the right address on it. The old saying holds everywhere, greed waits for no paperwork 😄 And ChasingLossesAgain is spot on from my end too, every offshore joint I've drawn from eventually asked, no matter how small the payout was.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
ha, from what I've seen they eventually want the selfie holding the ID too, surprised a few old fellas first time around. ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Selfie with the ID too, wow 😅 cheers Dave and SlotAddict, that helps a lot. Reckon I'd better dig out my licence and a bill now before I'm stuck in the queue 🙏

The selfie bit always gets a laugh out of me, bloke holding his licence like he's done a drink-drive stop 😂 I'd bet the "no KYC" stories are all from punters who lost and never got that far, because you only meet the folder when you actually want money out. Anyone here got a cashout land with just the basics? Exactly, thought so 🤡💸

ArvoKid might be right that the no-KYC stories are just blokes who never got to the payout stage 😅 I only made my first deposit recently and even before withdrawing anything I'm getting my licence and a bill ready anyway, seems easier than sitting in a queue later. Do you get asked for the folder before or after you request the cashout, that's the bit I can't work out? 🤔

Sounds about right ArvoKid, the "no KYC" crew probably never made it to a payout 😅 Still clearing my first bonus here, but licence's already scanned just in case, cheers LuckIsAllTillIWin for the nudge 🙏

Yeah ArvoKid's spot on I reckon 😅 my mate got his Royal Ace cashout held up till he sent the folder, licence, bill, selfie, the lot. Better to have it scanned early.
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
ArvoKid nailed it I reckon, the "no KYC" whispers only ever come from blokes whose balance was already at zero. My mate's the same story as SlotAddictLord's: cleared the bonus in profit on Royal Ace, went to pull it out, and the folder request landed within a day. Licence, bill, selfie holding the licence, the lot. Once that was in it went through fine, so it's the delay that stings more than the check itself.
My rule after years of chasing bonuses: have the folder scanned before you even deposit. Cashing out in time is everything, and sitting in a verification queue with a decent balance locked up is the worst feeling in this game. So realistically. No, you won't skip full ID on an actual payout. Prepare early and you won't care.

@John_HighRoller that lines up with what I've seen too, the KYC request only shows up once you've actually got something to withdraw 😅 I only put in A$50 at Royal Ace recently and keep expecting the folder email any day now, so I've already got my licence scanned. Makes you wonder why they even bother with the "no KYC" marketing.

@MaxWin_Luck smart move having the licence scanned early, saves you a day or two when the request lands. One tip from my own paperwork pile: scan the utility bill as well now. Mine was three months old when Royal Ace asked for it and they bounced it once, wanted something more recent, which cost me another week waiting on the post. Also keep a screenshot of the card you deposited with, front face only, since that gets requested too depending on the method.
The no-KYC thing is simple survivorship bias really. The blokes shouting it online are the ones who busted the balance before any payout, so the verification never triggered. If your spin sample ends in profit, the folder request is basically guaranteed. Depends on the volatility of your session too. A high-variance run that ends up has you queuing at the cashier; one that ends down and nobody ever asks you for a thing.
Volatility > vibes.

@MaxWin_Luck maybe I'm being dumb but is a utility bill enough if it's an online one? I'm on a shared rental in Ballarat so the bill isn't in my name, wondering if they'll take a bank statement showing the address instead 🙏 still learning bonuses too, first wagering req here is melting my brain 😅
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
@Mike_Win bank statement with your address usually does the trick, mine was a PDF, accepted fine. Shared rental shouldn't matter as long as the address matches your account.
@Cascade77 same here, PDF bank statement cleared my folder email first go. Waited days on the payout after though, cashing out in time is everything with these slow runners 😅
Got my folder email from Royal Ace last month and the bank statement PDF went through no dramas, so yeah Mike you'll be right 👍 Only annoying part was the wait on the withdrawal itself... took longer than I liked. Still playing my favourite pokies there every evening though ah well 😅

@KevBet good to hear the PDF bank statement works, still learning bonuses and all that. How long did your payout actually take? Getting nervous about my first cashout there 😅
My folder email cleared fast too, PDF bank statement did the job. The payout wait is the real test with these blokes though, and yeah Kev is right it drags. I keep my bet per spin at A$0.40 when clearing a bonus there so if the withdrawal sits pending for days I'm not tempted to reverse it and torch the bankroll. Reversed one payout once after a bad night, lesson learned. Cashing out in time is everything, set the request and don't touch the balance while it's pending 😅💸

@Sam_Roller885 the A$0.40 spins while clearing the bonus is the only smart bit in this whole thread 😂 a win on paper, right, unless the cashout actually lands. Did you even withdraw yet or still sitting on it? These blokes drag it til you stop checking, that's the whole trick 🤡💸

Slow payouts kill me but I still can't stay off my favourite pokies there 😅 hit big last night, now dreading the wait ah well 🤑🎰
Backing my slot to the last spin.
Sam'll answer the same as everyone there, it drags a bit then lands 🤑 I got mine after nagging support, ah well, worth the wait when this slot pays 💰🎰
