Had the same drama with Casinonic myself, and yeah the KYC is a proper shocker. They wanted everything twice over, then claimed one of my docs was too blurry when it clearly wasn't. Meanwhile the cashout just sits there pending while you chase your tail sending photos of your licence for the third time. I keep a rule that I don't chase the withdrawal with more deposits while it's stuck, too easy to burn the bankroll waiting. Question for the thread though, did anyone actually get paid once the checks cleared, or did it keep sliding? Because I cleared the wagering fair and square and it still felt like they were stalling on purpose. Keen to hear if it's just us Aussies getting the rough end of it.

man, dealing with these verification hoops feels like trying to fix a fuse box with a feather, doesn't it? they make you go through every hoop twice over like that, even when your documents are perfect, and you just want the grand sorted. i've been through this cycle before, trying to pull a decent payout out of a dodgy set up, and the whole thing is just sus.

That thing they call KYC sounds like it's designed purely to frustrate punters here down under. Doubling up on documents and then claiming they're blurry when they aren't seems deliberate. Got a cashout screenshot from anyone else who’s managed to fight through that mess? They usually just want to create enough friction to stall the payout entirely.
Licence first, deposit after.

It sounds really awful. I've only done one deposit and am worried I'll get stuck in that paperwork mess too. 😬😅
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

ky seeing this mob ask for the same docs twice... I copped something similar years back with an offshore outfit. They kept my payout sitting in "review" while requesting a utility bill, then a photo of me holding the id, then said the photo angle wasn't right. Felt like the dead machine at the local that eats your coin and gives you nothing back 😄 Esky mate, don't let it scare you off yet. Just scan everything clean and in colour the first go, save the files so you're not re-shooting them every time they come back for more. And don't be shy about nudging their support if the cashout sits still for days. I've been busted more banks than you've deposited but paperwork is the one thing that actually beats most punters, not the pokies themselves 😉

Seriously, is this KYC thing just a super complicated way of saying they want to see if I'm actually a real person? Everything mentioned here sounds proper stressful 😬. It’s really getting to me knowing that I might get stuck in a paperwork review just trying to cash out what I won. Everyone is having such a nightmare with getting their documents approved when they're based here in Australia. I just finished my first deposit and I'm terrified I'll get stuck in that loop of them saying the pictures aren't good enough. Go easy on me, I don't want to mess this up. Like, what exactly does 'KYC' stand for again, or is it just a fancy word for 'we will make you sweat'? And do these types of hoops usually affect the withdrawal limits at all? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.

yeah, mate, it’s proper stressful when you just want to grab your winnings. that ‘kyc’ thing, it just means they gotta verify you are really you, which sounds basic, right? but they take it to an absolute level, usually because they’re worried about rules or big players messing around. for us here in australia, getting everything sorted down to the last detail feels like an uphill battle because the process just keeps asking for more proof, even after you send it. i remember years ago, trying to get a payout sorted and they’d say the passport photo was fine, then suddenly they need a utility bill showing a specific street number, and if that bill wasn’t exactly what they wanted, they’d put the whole cashout in review again. it’s that endless loop. it’s exhausting when all you did was hit a big win on a classic machine like mermaid gold. ah well, we grind on. 😉

This KYC stuff really stresses me out, too. Just made my first deposit and I'm scared about having to prove everything to cash out. 😬😅

Same boat here, first deposit not long ago and now I'm dreading the cashout stage 😅 LuckIsAllTillIWin mate you're right, it's basically them checking you're a real person, but like SlotAddict says they make it a proper grind. Maybe I'm being dumb but does anyone know if the blurry doc excuse happens to everyone, or did BetGod just cop bad luck?

Back in the day I turned 50 into 5k once at the club on the old machines, walked out with the lot, no id, no drama, handshake and done. Now you try that with an offshore joint and they'll ask for a photo of your licence so sharp you can see the hologram, then a selfie holding it, then the utility bill. Swear they treat every punter like he's laundering the grand national prize. To the young fellas in here stressing, don't panic. Get the docs sorted before you even ask for a cashout, that's my advice after been through this cycle more times than I'd like. Scan everything in good light, send it all up front even if they only asked for half. Half the blur complaints are just a bad phone photo. Slow and patient wins this bit, the grind's the same as the pokies, just less fun eh 😉

I really get how stressed everyone is about this KYC stuff 😩. I just made my first deposit and honestly I'm totally nervous about proving all that just to get a tiny cashout eventually. It feels like they make it way too hard for punters down here in Australia, doesn't it? 😬🙏

i’ve seen bigger hits than that hassle, mate. you just gotta realise they don't ever seem happy with one set of docs, even if they look perfect. they'll approve your first batch of id, then a week later they'll send you back demanding a new utility bill or some other minute detail to check. it turns a straightforward cashout into a proper saga down here in au.

Getting the cash out is always a hurdle before you even see the full win reflected. Hope everyone eventually sorts their verification dramas.
