No dumb question at all Mike - verification just means them checking you're really you before they let the money go. They'll usually want a photo ID, maybe a utility bill or a pic of the card you deposited with, and some of it happens on your end (uploading docs) and some on theirs (someone actually eyeballing them). Mine stalled once for days because my old address was still on file; checked your profile section for anything flagged as "pending documents" and that's usually where yours got stuck 😉
