Wild Fortune closed my account while I still had a balance
That's rough, mate - balance stuck while they're still taking deposits from Aussies is the worst kind of sting. Did they give any actual reason for closing you, or just a vague "account decision" email? Keen to hear what payment method you were on too, because that'll change what leverage you've got 💸😭
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Seen this flick plenty of times over the years, mate - nine out of ten it's that vague "internal decision" email with no reason given, and they love keeping it that way. Worth pushing them in writing for the exact grounds and quoting your balance, then check what complaint routes actually apply to an offshore outfit serving Aussies, because your leverage there is thinner than most blokes realise. Remembered when I got stiffed by one of the old offshore rooms. Persistence and paper trail got a chunk of it back, patience was the whole game 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Dave's spot on, they never give a reason 🤫 thing is with these offshore mob there's bugger-all leverage once ACMA has them blocked anyway. Mate of mine had a balance stuck at a similar joint and the only thing that moved it was a complaint through whatever regulator they claimed, worth asking which licence they wave about before you chase your tail. Those who know, know 😏
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
Harry's got a point but I'd temper the expectations. If they're claiming some regulator, first thing I'd ask is what licence they actually hold and whether that jurisdiction has ever paid out on a complaint, half these offshore "licences" are a rubber stamp with a PO box. ACMA blocking them tells you they shouldn't be taking Aussies at all, which cuts both ways: no real leverage for you either.
Standard request from me, OP: got a cashout screenshot from before the closure? Any proof of the balance, deposit history, their terms on account closure? Screenshot everything now, including the closure email. It won't force them to pay, but if there's any dispute channel it's the only ammunition you'll have. Believe it when the money's actually back in your account, not before.
Licence first, deposit after.
Yeah, LeeManly's right to be cynical - the "licence" line on their footer means nothing until someone actually shows a cashout receipt. Had a mate stuck mid-withdrawal at an offshore joint a while back and the complaint email sat unanswered for weeks. I'd believe this story once you post the proof you got paid, OP.
Licence first, deposit after.
What gets me is how quick they are to close you but how slow the same outfit moves when cash is going the other way. Turned 50 into 5k once at one of these offshore joints years back, and the cashout took weeks of nagging while deposits cleared in seconds, same story, different decade. The old slots hit different but the stalling tactics never change 😄
One thing worth doing early: screenshot everything before the site goes dark, balance, chat logs, the closure email, transaction history. Once ACMA blocks them or they fold the tent, that's all you've got. And if the OP finds out which licence they claim, worth asking on here whether anyone's actually had that regulator pull a payout for an Aussie punter. Personally I'd rather watch paint dry than trust a PO-box licence with my balance, but stranger things have paid out 😉
ChasingLossesAgain nailed it, deposits clear in seconds and cashouts crawl. My caveat though: even if the complaint lands somewhere, who actually got paid out of one of these offshore outfits? OP, got a cashout screenshot and the exact wording of their closure email? That's the paper trail you'll need before any regulator even reads the file.
Hype isn't a payout.
Seen this play out a few times, screenshot the balance and closure email *before* they patch anything, OP. Paper trail's the only leverage you've got with an offshore outfit.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
+1 on the screenshots, that saved me once with a smaller offshore joint when they "lost" my balance history 🙄 Did OP check if there's a complaints contact in the email at all? Maybe I'm being dumb but I thought if they close you with money still in there they at least have to refund it... still learning how all this works honestly 😅
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Mate, "they have to refund it" is where the fun starts - with an offshore joint there's no real referee to make them, which is why that screenshot paper trail matters more than the email's complaints line. ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Mike_Win you'd think so but nah, offshore means nobody forces the refund. Screenshot everything OP, I got a stuck balance back once purely coz I had proof 🔥
Backing my slot to the last spin.
😏 Half the blokes here crowing about screenshots never got a cent back either. Did you even withdraw before they shut it? If no, that balance was a win on paper 🤡
A paper win won't feed you.
NumbersHunter that gives me some hope honestly 😅 total noob here, only made my first deposit recently and the thought of a balance just vanishing with no referee is grim. Screenshots of everything from day one seems to be the golden rule then, did you need anything else besides balance proof, like deposit receipts, before they paid you back? 🙏

@TrueBlue_North mate yeah screenshot everything from day one, saved me once already 🤑 deposit slips, chat logs, the lot. And don't leave a balance sitting there either, I always pull it out after a good session now... learnt that the hard way 🔥
One slot, one love 🎰
Screenshots saved before they shut mine too, that proof got my stuck balance paid eventually 🤑 ah well, lesson learnt

Two blokes here got paid off screenshots so that's my verdict: document everything, spam their support daily, and chase the payment provider if you used one that can dispute. Stuck balance offshore is a waiting game mostly, and half the time it hits, half the time they just ghost you 😭💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Screenshots or not, the real lesson is don't leave money parked there in the first place. Anyone got their balance pulled without proof though? Did you even withdraw before they shut you down, or are we calling that a win on paper? 😏 They love ghosting punters at the exact moment it matters.
A paper win won't feed you.
PaulVegas has a point but it's only half the story. I got shut out of an offshore joint once with about A$180 cleared and sitting in the cage - withdrew same night after hitting a decent run, and that withdrawal request is the only thing that saved me. Money parked overnight offshore is money you don't own anymore, full stop. My rule now: any session that ends up, the cashout goes in before I close the laptop, no exceptions 💸
The dispute route through the payment provider is the part most punters skip too. If you deposited by a method that allows chargebacks and they've ghosted you, that's your leverage. Support ignores screenshots but they tend to wake up when the processor starts asking questions. Took weeks for mine to land but it did hit in the end. Anyone here actually had a chargeback go through against these mob? 😭
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@Fortune_77 fair dinkum, A$180 rescued is better than most stories here 😂 but a withdrawal request is just a receipt till the cash lands, did they actually pay it out or did the account closure eat it anyway? Heard plenty of blokes with a pending request and nothing in the bank. House always wins 🤡
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
@ArvoKid yeah a pending request means squat till it lands, seen that myself. I got lucky once and the cash showed up two days after the account got axed but mate I was sweating it the whole time. Withdraw the second you're up, don't park a cent 🔰💰
PaulVegas has a point but it's only half the story. I got shut out of an offshore joint once with about A$180 cleared and sitting in the cage - withdrew same night after hitting a decent run, and that withdrawal request …
@Fortune_77 so did the A$180 actually land in your bank or did the closure kill it? 😅 Maybe I'm being dumb but I only ever withdraw right after a win now, still learning bonuses.
New here, soaking it up.
You gotta pull that money out the second it hits! Leaving it just sits there... ah well. Don't let them get away with your wins. 💰🔥
