Is anyone else's Stellar Casino cashout still sitting on pending?

Nah mate, not a dumb question at all, "in writing" just means get it off the live chat and onto email (or whatever official channel they've got), so there's an actual record of what they promised. Chat box talk evaporates the second you close the window; an email reply with a stated timeframe is something you can point at later if things drag on. Say something like: "My withdrawal has been pending for X days, KYC is verified and wagering is complete - please confirm by email when funds will be released." Then if it goes quiet again, you've got that reply to wave back at them instead of another "working on it" note. Funny how quickly support sharpens up once there's a paper trail 😉 ah well, we grind on.
