Got a slap pending at The Clubhouse myself soon enough, so keen to hear how their checks treat Aussies. From what I've seen with offshore places the usual ask is photo ID, a recent bill for address, and proof the card or account you deposited from is yours. Where it usually snags is the card shot, half the blokes cover up half the numbers and get bounced back. The thing I watch is bankroll discipline on this. Don't clear the wagering and request the lot on a Friday arvo, do it early in the week when someone's actually at the desk to look at your docs. And never touch a bonus you didn't read the terms on, that's the classic way a cashout gets frozen. Anyone here actually been through their KYC? Did they want a selfie holding the ID or just scans? 😭🎰
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

that bill for address is where mine fell over once, they wanted it under three months and my gas bill was older than that. photo ID usually goes through fine, it's the card proof that gets people, make sure the name on it matches the account before you even ask for the cashout. anyone know if they want a selfie holding the ID too, or is that just some places?
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

You reckon it's just standard ID and a recent bill for address? Honestly, these offshore places make you doubt everything they tell you. You talk about the check being straightforward, but I've seen enough forum posts to know that whatever they ask for, it usually gets stuck in review. If you're having a slap there, don't just assume it'll sail through smoothly with a photo ID and a bill. DaveFortune's spot on about the card proof getting flagged; they scrutinise that name match like mad before they let you pull the grand out. Get ready for some back-and-forth if the details aren't perfect. Got a cashout screenshot?

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but what does "proof the card is yours" actually mean? Photo of the card with numbers hidden? 😅

Not dumb at all mate, everyone starts somewhere. "Proof the card is yours" is exactly what it sounds like. They want to see the card you deposited from, with a photo of it where usually the middle digits are covered and only the last four showing, plus your name visible on the front. If you paid by bank transfer instead, they might ask for a statement from your account showing that transaction. The idea is to stop some bloke cashing out to a card that was never his. I had a similar moment years back when a card had expired between my deposit and the cashout, and they wanted proof of the replacement, ah well, we grind on 😄 So yeah, photo of the card front (some places want back too), cover most of the number yourself with your thumb or paper before you snap it, keep the name and last four clear. And as Dave said, make sure the name on that card matches your casino account name before you even bother asking for the slap, saves a world of pain later.

Straightforward check at an offshore site? Sure. Got a cashout screenshot from anyone here to back that up, or is it all still in review?
Hype isn't a payout.

Sounds like people are bracing for a headache. If your papers are spot on, the verification should clear without a lot of delay.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

"Should clear without delay" is what every offshore casino says right up until the check starts. CairnsKid asked the right question. No cashout screenshot, no story worth believing.

Fair call for proof from the skeptics, but my take is the papers are only half the story. I got paid from an offshore joint last year and the check itself was quick, the thing that ate a week was me uploading a bill that was older than their cutoff, so the file sat "in review" while I chased the wrong doc. Anything on your ID must match your account name exactly, no nicknames, or you're waving it through again. At The Clubhouse I'd get the ID, card photo with middle digits covered, and a fresh utility bill scanned clean, all lined up before the slap even lands. Bankroll discipline covers the paperwork too, in my book. And CairnsKid, if I beat their check before you do, I'll post the cashout screenshot myself 🎰

John's bill story rings true, mine got stuck on the same thing once. Just send everything up front, colour copy, recent date, and cashing out in time is everything anyway. 🔥
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
