Good on you for even getting to the cashout stage, plenty of us have busted more banks than we've deposited over the years πŸ˜„ I'm keen to hear how their verification check goes from an Australian address, because offshore outfits love making the KYC dance the real feature of the night. No idea what they run for cashouts myself, so I'll be watching this thread, ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

I once waited so long on a verification queue at an offshore joint that I actually built a spreadsheet tracking the days. True story, it's how my whole RTP sheet habit started, boredom plus irritation. On your question, the honest answer from my end is that with these offshore clubs the cashout method tends to reveal itself only after they've seen your ID, which is backwards logic if you ask me. From an Australian address I'd be watching two things: whether the payment option they push at you is one you've actually used to deposit with, because most of them force you back onto the original rail, and whether the document checks ask for anything odd like a selfie holding the licence. That second one is where the delay usually compounds. Each extra request adds another review cycle, and nobody tells you upfront what the full list will be. If you get through it, post back with what they ended up accepting and roughly how many review rounds it took.

KYC dance is a new one on me πŸ˜… is that just the ID check bit where they want licence and a bill, or something more? First cashout I've ever tried so maybe I'm being dumb, but keen to know what docs they'll actually ask for from an Aussie address πŸ™

No worries mate, no dumb questions on your first go. KYC is just the ID check - licence or passport, a bill or bank statement showing your address, maybe a photo of the card you deposited with. Offshore joints asking for docs from an Aussie address can make it the slowest part of the whole cashout, so have them scanned and ready before you even hit withdraw. Ah well, we grind on πŸ˜‰
Busted more than you've deposited πŸ˜‰

Thanks, that helps πŸ™ so basically licence, a bill and maybe my card. Just did my licence photo last night for mine, hope the lighting wasn't too dodgy πŸ˜… do they normally want it front and back?
New here, soaking it up.

Dodgy lighting on the licence photo is genuinely the top killer of first KYC passes, so worth a reshoot if there's any glare on the plastic, the OCR they run reads the licence number, and a washed-out digit means a resubmission and another day or two in the queue. On a small spin sample of my own cashouts at offshore joints, the pattern's been consistent: they want front and back of the card if you deposited by card, plus a selfie holding the ID at some places. What I'd be keen to know from anyone here is whether The Clubhouse asks for proof of the deposit source too, because that's the step that trips people up β€” a bank statement matching the name on the account, not just any bill. And I still don't know what payment method they even run for cashouts from Australia, which to me matters more than the doc list; no point passing verification if the payout rail back to an Aussie bank is murky. Anyone actually had money land?

@Cascade77 spot on about the glare, reshooting by the window is the only way I've ever got a clean pass. Learnt that the hard way clearing a bonus once, two days lost to a blurry digit while the wagering clock sat there. reshoot before you submit, every time πŸ’Έ

@Cascade77 this is gospel, I've had the same headache with The Clubhouse myself. My first licence shot had a glint right over the last digit and the system bounced it, cost me nearly two days while my A$ cashout sat in pending doing nothing. Quick tip that's saved me since: take the photo on a flat dark surface with the phone flash off and natural light from the side, not overhead. Contrast beats brightness every time. And yeah RideTheVariance, docs and payout are separate clocks but they stack against each other, get the reshoot in now rather than after they ask for it. Cashing out in time is everything once that withdrawal request's locked in πŸ”₯
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

Cascade is spot on about the glare, killed my first licence photo too years back, had to reshoot it by the window with the curtain open πŸ˜„ What I'd add for you young fellas having your first slap at a cashout: don't drag your feet on the docs. Send the lot before they even ask, licence both sides, a recent bill, and a snap of the card if you used one. I've seen blokes lose a week of waiting over a half-hidden card number. And as for what methods The Clubhouse actually runs for payouts from an Aussie address, mate, I'd be keen to hear it too - those outfits shuffle their banking options around more often than I shuffle my retirement plans πŸ˜‰. Once the check's cleared once, the next ones are usually smoother sailing. Greed's the only thing that's ever jammed up a cashout of mine, and that was my own doing, not theirs.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

@DaveFortune good tip, maybe I'm being dumb but does dragging feet on docs actually delay the payout too, or just the bonus wagering? πŸ˜… my cashout's been sitting at pending two days now

Yeah dragging feet on docs delays the payout too mate, they won't touch a pending withdrawal till ID's cleared. My first cashout at Clubhouse sat there an extra day cos my licence pic had a shadow on it. Reshoot near the window, send it straight away, and stop checking the pending tab every ten minutes πŸ˜… ah well, two days felt like a month but it landed fine πŸ”₯πŸ’°
The hit is close, I can feel it.

Yeah shadow on the licence got me too, pending cashout stuck an extra day. Flat surface, no flash, done in one take πŸ€™
One slot, one love 🎰

It’s frustrating when the withdrawal process introduces such arbitrary delays, isn't it? From a purely mathematical viewpoint, any factor increasing the time between winning and receiving funds introduces a form of variance that impacts the overall expected value calculation, regardless of how good the raw RTP on the pokies themselves might be. I’ve seen this sort of administrative hiccup cause genuine issues for punters because the longer that A$ is stuck in pending status, the more unpredictable the entire session becomes. On a small spin sample of players who have gone through this, the real pain isn't just the waiting; it's the uncertainty introduced into what should be a straightforward financial transaction after a profitable session. You're managing your budget based on assumed liquidity, and having that compromised by documentation errors simply changes the risk profile of the whole thing.
RTP is a long-run number.
