The Clubhouse Casino KYC holding my cashout, anyone else hit this?
Straight into verification the moment I asked for a withdrawal, that'd put the wind up me too. Same thing happened at a couple of offshore joints I've had a slap at, docs went in and the cashout just sat pending for ages. Keen to hear how long theirs took you mate.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Greed's cost me more than KYC ever has, but that pending queue still gives me the irrits. Had the same dance at an offshore joint years back, docs went in and the cashout sat there while I checked the thing every hour like a degenerate. No idea how long Clubhouse drags it out mate, be honest I don't know their timeline, but if they're asking for everything upfront that's usually them covering their backsides. Just send clean copies first go so they can't bounce you for a blurry photo of your licence 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Every offshore joint I've seen do this, the KYC only shows up when you ask for money back, never when you deposit. Handy that. Mine sat pending until I'd sent ID twice, so chase them if it drags. Before anyone reckons The Clubhouse is fine, which licence are they even running under? I'd check the blacklist first before getting comfy.
Licence first, deposit after.
Mine went straight to KYC too, sent the ID and now it's just sitting there 😅 wondering if anyone's cashout actually cleared after verification or is this a scam or legit situation?
New here, soaking it up.
Mine's stuck at KYC as well, docs sent and nothing moved yet. Reckon they'd want an ACMA-blocked site to actually pay out before I chase a second grand in there.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what does "pending" actually mean here? Is that before or after they've checked your docs? 😅

No dumb question at all, we've all been there. Pending just means your cashout request is sitting in a queue before they've actioned it, and with The Clubhouse yours is waiting on the KYC check first, so docs get looked at, approved, then the withdrawal moves. Same happened to me at a couple of offshore spots, I sent ID and the payout sat in pending until the check cleared, took a fair while but it did move. I'd reckon once your docs are green-lit the status should flip, chase them if it doesn't.
Funny how three of you are all stuck at KYC and none has a cashout screenshot yet. Colour me shocked. No payout, no proof, and check the blacklist before anyone tops up again.
Licence first, deposit after.
FreeSpinsZone has a point though, no screenshot means no proof. I'd hold off topping up until someone here actually banks a cashout from them 🎰
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
FreeSpinsZone calling for screenshots while also being stuck in the same KYC queue is a bit rich, no? Happy to eat my words the second someone posts a paid withdrawal, but until then we're all just guessing at the same pending screen. Believe it when I see it cash out, that goes for me too.
Licence first, deposit after.
Had this exact song and dance at another joint last year, docs uploaded on a Friday and the cashout sat there till the following week. My rule now is get KYC sorted the day you deposit, before any win shows up, saves you the queue when it actually matters. 👀
I'll cop that a paid screenshot would settle the argument though. Anyone here actually cleared the check at The Clubhouse yet, or are we all staring at the same pending screen? I'd rather know if the verification is the slow part and the money moves after, or if the whole thing stalls once you're approved. Big difference between the two, and it changes whether the bankroll stays there or comes off the table straight away. 🔥
My cashout went into the same KYC bucket, so colour me unimpressed with the "get verified on deposit day" advice too, that just means they've got your ID before you've even asked for a cent back. Anyone in this queue actually had funds land? Got a cashout screenshot or are we all staring at the same pending screen?
Hype isn't a payout.
CairnsKid's got a fair point, handing your ID over before you've even asked for a payout always sat wrong with me too. My take is split the difference: do the docs halfway, enough that they've got proof of address and ID ready if a win lands, but don't chase a full verification on deposit day like it's a chore you owe them.
That said I wouldn't wait for a cashout to trigger it either, because that's exactly when they've got all the leverage and you're the one sweating. Me, I bankroll for the wait now, anything I win at a new joint I treat as locked until it clears, never planned it into the next session. Nobody here's posted funds actually landing yet so the pending screen's all we've got to go on 😭 Ask them straight up in support chat what the average processing time is before you deposit another cent, costs you nothing.
