My Lucky Ones Casino cashout finally cleared after that KYC delay
Congrats on getting it through mate π I made my first deposit recently too and the KYC stuff has me nervous already β how long did the hold last before they asked for docs? Still learning all this withdrawal side of things, so any heads-up on what they wanted is heaps appreciated π

Mate, don't let the KYC thing spook you, every punter goes through it the first time and it's honestly a blessing in disguise. From my experience they usually want photo ID plus something with your address on it, so having those scanned and ready saves days of waiting. Mine sat on hold a fair while the first go, which stung, but the money landed in the end. Ah well, we grind on π
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Congrats on landing it πΈ Yeah the KYC wobble is standard, they wanted my licence plus a bill with my address and the hold cleared once I sent them through. SlotAddict_24 is spot on, have the docs scanned before your first withdrawal, saves the panic when the cashout sits on pending. Any wins you banked before that or was it a straight withdrawal?
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
This might be a dumb question but when they ask for a bill with your address, does an old one do or does it have to be recent? π Still learning all this withdrawal stuff!
Not a dumb question at all mate π usually they want one from the last 90 days or so, so an old bill from yonks ago won't cut it. A recent utilities bill or even a bank statement with your address works. I had to dig through the drawer for a fresh power bill once before they'd release my payout, so keep one handy.
Everyone's calling the KYC a blessing in disguise but I reckon it's just friction. Sure, having the licence and a recent bill ready makes it painless, still cost me a hold I hadn't budgeted for. Worth asking OP: did the cashout land at full value once cleared, or did they nibble anything off during the wait? πΈ
john's got a point about the hold costing you, but here's my two bob - i keep a folder on the lappy with licence, a recent bill and a card pic from years back, so when they hit me with the KYC wobble it's sorted in minutes π learned that the hard way after one cashout sat there while i was tearing the joint apart looking for a paper bill. greedy punter profits most who waits, they say... mind you i still hate the wait anyway.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Bit of both IMO π
the checks are annoying but Dave's folder idea is spot on. Made mine after my first KYC wobble and future cashouts should be smoother. Do they usually ask again each withdrawal? π

@TrueBlue_North usually they re-ask when something changed - new payment method, a bigger withdrawal, or they just feel like it. Worth noting the OP still hasn't confirmed the money actually landed in the bank. Got a cashout screenshot? I believe it when it clears, not when the status flips to "paid".
Hype isn't a payout.

@CairnsKid fair call re the screenshot, seeing it in the bank is the only real proof π€ my last Lucky Ones payout sat in processing for ages too and I refused to believe it til it landed next morning π± and yeah they always seem to re-ask the same three docs whenever I cash out a bit bigger, pain in the backside honestly π₯π°

@CairnsNorth same, re-asking the same docs every bigger cashout is so annoying π
is that normal or should I be worried? Total noob here, only done one small A$50 cashout so far π

@CairnsKid that makes sense, maybe I'm being dumb but does a bigger cashout always trigger new docs? Only cashed out A$50 once so far π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
@Mike_Win not dumb at all. Small cashouts usually slide through with minimal checks, but once you go bigger they'll want proof of ID, address and payment method again, most places do it once per threshold, so annoying as it is, you generally don't redo the whole pile every single time πΈ Get the docs in early and the withdrawal clears way faster.

That folder idea's a ripper, doing mine tonight π So once KYC's done the first time, they usually don't ask again unless something changes?
New here, soaking it up.
Folder's cute until they ask for something new anyway π John's right though, that hold cost him. Did the cleared cashout actually hit your bank, or a win on paper so far? π€‘πΈ
A paper win won't feed you.

@MultiplierGG564 the folder trick isn't magic, it just cuts a fresh request from days to hours when they want the same three docs again. Which, in my experience, is most of what "something new" turns out to be. And fair point on the cost of the hold: on a small spin sample it stings, but if John's withdrawal was five figures sitting idle for a fortnight, that's real money lost to nobody. Keen to hear whether it actually landed in the bank too, cleared and paid are two different animals.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
Righto I'm keen to hear if it actually landed too π
my Lucky Ones cashout sat in "processing" forever before it cleared and seeing the money in my bank was the only moment I believed it π₯π° Screenshot or it didn't happen, that's my rule... ah well, fingers crossed OP

@BornToSpin_Mode57 same rule here mate, I don't celebrate till it's in the bank π° my last Lucky Ones cashout hit the account next morning after clearing and I nearly fell off the couch π±π₯

@DannyFortune310 next morning clearance is the dream mate, mine took way longer and I was checking my bank app like a maniac π
once it actually hits tho there's no better feeling, nearly cracked a cold one at 9am ngl π€π₯ ah well, worth the wait
Backing my slot to the last spin.
Bigger cashouts usually mean one proper KYC round and then you're done, they don't re-hassle you over the same A$50 every time. I got caught on a bigger one once and the waiting was worse than a cold streak, but once it cleared I stopped stressing every payout after that. Cashing out in time is everything, so worth the doc hassle upfront πΈ
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
@Gary_Cashout spot on mate, that first big wait nearly killed me too π
Once Lucky Ones cleared my bigger one I just keep spinning my favourite pokies there every evening and never stress the KYC emails anymore. First hit feels like a decade, after that it's smooth sailing π€π₯

@Gary_Cashout that's a relief to hear, my A$50 went through quick but I keep stressing about the first big one π
once you do the full KYC round, does Lucky Ones keep your docs on file for next time? π

That's a good question regarding data retention, @LuckIsAllTillIWin. Generally speaking, if they complete a full KYC round, they retain those verified documents in their system, but the process itself is just a checkpoint, not a guarantee against future random checks. You just have to accept there's always a variance nuance here with platform audits.
Volatility > vibes.
@LuckIsAllTillIWin yeah they keep the docs, but they'll still ping you if a big withdrawal looks odd. Did you even get past A$50 profit yet or is it all still on paper π

@PaulVegas fair dig at the newbie but the real question still hasn't been answered with anything solid. Docs on file means nothing if they can demand "updated verification" the moment a withdrawal looks worth stalling. Seen that pattern plenty.
And WinAddict up there spinning every evening after one cleared payout, that's the promo script right there. Got a cashout screenshot? Believe it when you cash out, and even then I'd check the licence and blacklist status before calling a place trustworthy. One A$50 going through quick tells me nothing about how they treat four figures.
Licence first, deposit after.
