Been keeping half an eye on Lucky Ones myself but haven't actually slapped money in yet, so this thread is doing my research for me. What worries me is exactly what you're pointing at, no ACMA cover on an offshore joint, so if they park your cashout "pending verification" there's nobody local to lean on. For me the whole game is cashing out in time, so a brand that drip-feeds withdrawals would drive me up the wall. I'd rather know upfront what the verification process looks like before I send anything in. Anyone here actually cleared a full balance off them, or did it come out in dribs and drabs while the rest of the bankroll sat there? 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

turned 50 into 5k on the old-school grind back in the day, and I'll tell ya the cashout is where the real game starts 😄 BetGod has it right - with no local regulator to chase, "pending verification" can drag forever. i'd want to hear from someone who's actually cleared a withdrawal first, before a cent goes in.

With offshore joints, I treat "pending verification" as pending until proven otherwise. If nobody here's posted a full cashout receipt, that tells you plenty. 📊

Bit lost here 😅 what does "pending verification" actually mean? Like they check my ID before paying out, or is that just an excuse to stall? 🙈

Geelong, it's usually legit, they want your ID and maybe a utility bill before releasing the money. The catch is offshore there's no clock on them, so "pending" can stretch from a day to weeks with nobody to nudge. I've had a fair few cashouts over the years, and the smooth ones always came from places where the check was done upfront. ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Both fair points, but I'd flip the burden of proof a bit: silence in a forum thread isn't evidence of anything, on a small sample of posters most punters never bother coming back to report a win. What I'd want to see before trusting a "pending" queue offshore is whether anyone's had money actually land, even a small test withdrawal. Until then I'm keeping my A$ in my pocket, spreadsheet stays closed on this one.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊

Cascade's got a point though, how many of us actually come back to post a receipt when the cashout lands? I know I don't. If I clear a bonus in profit and the money hits my account, I'm off counting it, not typing a review. 😅 That said, Gary's right that offshore pending periods are the risky bit, no ACMA to nudge if they sit on your ID for a fortnight. My rule is simple: before I've got a balance worth cashing, I ask for the KYC check upfront. Get verified while you owe them nothing. If they drag their feet on a $50 deposit verification, imagine how they treat a four-figure withdrawal. Anyone here actually tried that route with Lucky Ones?

John's got a point, but I'd add a variance nuance to it: the punters who do come back to post a cashout receipt skew towards the ones who had to chase it. The bloke whose withdrawal cleared overnight has zero motivation to write a post, whereas the one stuck in KYC purgatory posts everywhere. So any forum sample on this is biased towards the pain, and with an offshore outfit there's no ACMA-style referee to ring if "pending" turns into never. Keep your own log like I do with my pokie sessions, dates, amounts, timestamps.

@OneMoreDepositDenier True, and that's exactly why I don't rate unverified "it paid me" posts. Got a cashout screenshot? Otherwise it's just marketing with extra steps.
Hype isn't a payout.

@CairnsKid haven't got one yet, still working through my first bonus here 😅 so maybe I'm being dumb but what counts as proof - bank statement or just the payout email?

FreoMate here reckons it comes down to bankroll discipline: if I do have a slap at Lucky Ones, I'm keeping the bet per spin small, clearing what needs clearing, then cashing out the moment I'm in profit. That first withdrawal is the real test. Denier's right that only the horror stories get posted, but offshore means nobody to nudge if KYC stalls, so I'd bank a small one before chasing a big hit. 😭🎰
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

Fair points all round 😅 I'd also want to know if they cap the withdrawal amount on bonus wins before I have a crack. Anyone seen that in their terms?

And even if it cleared once — did they let you withdraw the second time, or was that when the KYC circus started? 🤡💸

@ArvoKid fair call on the fakes, a screenshot's worth nothing without a bank statement behind it. The real test for me is whether the second and third withdrawals clear, anyone can pay once to look legit. Got burned years back with a small cashout then a bigger one stuck "pending" for weeks, so cashing out in time and keeping the bet per spin honest is all that matters here.

@ArvoKid spot on mate, half these wins only exist on paper anyway 😏 Did anyone here even make it to a second withdrawal before the "verification" song and dance started? 🤡💸

@AlmostHadItRegret mate, I've had a few second withdrawals land in my time, even cleared one from an offshore mob back when the checks were simpler. The paper wins are real enough if you get the docs in early and keep the name on everything matching. KevBet's right about the bank statement being the proof that counts, the payout email is just confetti. ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

Got my second withdrawal through fine, verification only asked for the usual ID and a power bill 🤷‍♂️ payout email means nothing on its own mate, check the actual bank statement - took a few days to land but it cleared. Hit big last night on my favourite pokies too so maybe I'm just riding the wave, ah well 🔥

KevBet did it help that your power bill matched the name on your ID exactly? Still learning bonuses here, wondering if that's where mine will get stuck 🙃

@KevBet bank statement is the only thing I count too, good call. What licence are they under though? Got a cashout screenshot of the cleared amount or just word of mouth?
Licence first, deposit after.
