Rooli Casino cashout cap question
Hmm, cashout cap showing on the withdrawal page that wasn't there before would put me offside straight away. Only ever been as far as the cashier at Rooli a couple of times, so did you check whether the cap changes if you're withdrawing bonus winnings vs a straight depo cashout? Mine stayed flat both times but the amounts were small anyway.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Good question re: bonus vs clean depo winnings. Half the caps I've copped over the years quietly tightened after a bonus was played, even when the bonus itself looked harmless 😉 worth checking both pages side by side and taking screenshots while the odd number's still showing. ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
That cap popping up without warning would have me checking the terms page timestamp too, BetGod. The bonus-vs-clean-depo angle is the right one to test first. Most operators I've mapped apply a lower ceiling to bonus-derived winnings, and the cashier sometimes only surfaces it once the withdrawal amount crosses a threshold, so the same account can show two different caps depending on what you're cashing out. On a small spin sample you can't tell much from one attempt, but two side-by-side cashier sessions will.
SlotAddict_24's screenshot advice is spot on, and I'd add: note the exact figure the cap shows, because if it changes between sessions without a terms update that tells you the limiter is dynamic - account-level, not a published rule. That distinction matters if you ever have to argue it. Dead-set annoying either way when the rules move under your feet mid-grind.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
Screenshots first, always 📸 I've got a bonus wagered there now so this thread's got me spooked, will compare my two pages and report back. Anyone else seeing the cap drop after a bonus? 🤔
Might sound dumb but what does "clean depo cashout" actually mean? Wagered nothing, just withdrawing my own deposit? 😅 Still learning bonuses, go easy on me.
Not a dumb question at all mate, we all started somewhere. Clean depo cashout just means withdrawing your own deposit winnings without having touched a bonus, no wagering strings attached, so whatever cap shows should be the standard one. If you've played a bonus though, the withdrawal page can cop a lower cap, which is exactly what StickySpin's comparing now. Screenshot both while you can 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
StickySpin, report back if your cap changes after the bonus clears 🙏 I'm mid-wager there too and now I'm spooked as well. Does anyone know if the cap differs per payment method? 😬
New here, soaking it up.
Seen caps jump around on the cashier page myself at other offshore spots, my page never matched a mate's in the same week. Take the screenshot before you submit, then compare after.
Screenshot before submitting is solid advice, had a cap vanish on me at another site once and support claimed they never saw it 🤔 Does the screenshot actually count for anything with their support though?

ArvoKid might be cynical but he's probably right. Offshore support will fob you off with "dynamic limits" every time. I've had the same dance elsewhere: screenshot the cashier page before you submit, timestamp it, and keep the whole session log. Doesn't win arguments with support, but if the cashout gets stuck you've got something to wave around when you escalate.
My rule anyway: cashing out in time is everything, and I never leave a cleared balance sitting at an offshore joint longer than I have to. If that cap only appeared after a bonus was in play, that tells you the wagering terms are the lever, read the fine print before the next deposit, reckon. StickySpin, report back once yours clears, keen to see if the cap moves. 🎰💸

@John_HighRoller timestamped cashier shot before submitting is the only bit that ever mattered in my disputes. Got a cashout screenshot from Rooli itself though? Otherwise this is all theory.
Licence first, deposit after.
@LeeManly fair question honestly 😅 still learning bonuses here so maybe I've got this wrong, but wouldn't the timestamped shot you take yourself count the same as one from Rooli? Like if it shows the cashier page with the cap amount and your balance before you submit, that's your proof isn't it? That's what I did on my first withdrawal there anyway, screenshotted everything including the bonus terms bit, figured better safe than sorry 🙏
Be keen to hear if a casino has ever knocked back a player's own screenshot though, that'd be a rough one 💀

@MaxWin_Luck your own screenshot is fine for your own records, but the casino won't treat it as evidence of anything if a dispute kicks off. They'll say you could've edited it or caught the wrong moment. What matters is what their system shows at payout time, and that's the bit you can't control. I've had a cap get "applied" between my balance check and the withdrawal going through, so believe it when the cash actually lands in your account, not the cashier page.

The "dynamic limits" excuse drives me up the wall, mostly because it's a lovely way of saying "we'll quote whichever number suits us at payout time." I've kept a variance log on every pokie I've touched for years, spreadsheets, timestamps, the lot. And that habit saved me once at an offshore joint when a withdrawal came back short and they claimed the cap had changed mid-session. My session log plus a dated screenshot got it escalated to a proper review, and the original figure was honoured. So yes, it counts for something, but only if you push it past the first-level support drone. Ask specifically for the terms clause the cap sits under and request the response in writing. Most of these places fold when you stop arguing vibes and start quoting their own text back at them. ArvoKid's right that the cashier page alone proves nothing; the timestamped pair of before-and-after shots is what makes it awkward for them. 📊
Volatility > vibes.

@GaryParra the spreadsheet crowd is the only crowd I trust in here, honestly. Though I'd add: a variance log proves the game, a timestamped screenshot of the cashier page proves the cap. You need both, because support will happily acknowledge your session and still claim the limit "changed" the moment you hit withdraw.
Question for you since you've got the data: has Rooli actually paid anyone in this thread, or is it all still theory? I'll believe the caps are fair the day someone posts a cashout screenshot with the A$ amount and date visible. Until then "dynamic limits" is just a polite word for "we decide later".
Hype isn't a payout.
@CairnsKid spot on, got both before I cashed a decent hit off the pokies there last month, screenshot of the cashier page plus my session log, and it went through no dramas 🤑 A$1,400 landed in like two days. Anyone skipping the screenshot bit is asking for a headache imo 🔥🎰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@ParraTrue A$1,400 in two days is tidy, mine off the pokies there took a bit longer but it did land. Screenshot habit is drilled into me now too, one burnt win taught me that ah well. Two days decent turnaround though 🔥💰

@ParraTrue that two-day turnaround on A$1,400 is about as good as it gets with these places, so no complaints there. I keep a session log too purely out of habit from my spreadsheet days, and honestly the screenshot is the part most punters skip until it costs them. @MaxWin_Luck your own timestamped shot does count as evidence in most cases, just make sure the cap figure and balance are both visible in the one frame, support will nitpick if it's across two images.

@ParraTrue two days is decent for that size. I screenshot the cashier every time now, learned that the hard way when a cap ate half a hit 😭 Bankroll discipline wins, paperwork too.
Manly_North's right, their system is what counts. Still, my own shots saved my bacon once when a withdrawal got stuck, took two days but landed 🔥💰

@Tassie24 exactly this, screenshots are just insurance not ammunition 🤣 mine got stuck once too and all my tidy little folder of evidence did was keep me company while I refreshed my emails for two days. Meanwhile my balance gets donated to the casino faster than any payout clears lol
The only serious thing here is my bust.
@JackRoller lol the refreshing emails bit is too real 😅 total noob here, does the stuck payout eventually just clear on its own or do you have to chase support?
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

@SlotAddictLord mine cleared on its own at Rooli after about two days, no chasing needed, just don't panic. If it drags past that though definitely ping support, don't sit there refreshing like Jack 🤣 And yeah watch that cashout cap, snagged me once too 😅💰
@SlotAddictLord usually yes, most stuck payouts clear on their own once the security check passes, but chase support if it goes past a couple of days. Keep your own timestamps anyway, it costs nothing. And read their cashout cap terms before you request anything big, because a cap can slow a payout down even more.

@BonusBabeCasino spot on, mine at Rooli cleared itself after a couple days, no chasing needed. And yeah read that cap, caught me out once 🤑💰
