Lucky Ones Casino and the KYC dance, anyone actually cashed out anon?
Had a decent slap on the pokies last night and now the same old dread kicks in: do I cop the full KYC circus before I see a cent back from Lucky Ones? Keen to know if anyone here has actually got paid out without sending in half their life story, or whether the verification email lands the second you hit withdraw like it does everywhere else offshore.
Mostly wondering what they actually asked you punters for. ID, proof of address, that sort of thing - and whether the checks came before or after the first cashout. Given ACMA knocks offshore sites off the grid for some of us, I'd rather know what I'm walking into before I chase the wagering through. Anyone cleared it clean, or did the paperwork dragon show up? 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
turned 50 into 5k on the old school machines years ago and the payout taught me more than the win ever did. Every offshore joint I've played has asked for id eventually, mate. usually lands once you push past a certain size or first withdrawal. don't count on getting paid anon anywhere these days, just have the docs ready and it's painless. 😉
Anyone got a screenshot of an actual paid withdrawal from Lucky Ones? I'll believe the KYC story when the money's in the bank, not before.
Licence first, deposit after.
Bit lost here too, only made my first deposit recently and haven't tried a cashout yet. Do they hit you with the ID request straight up or after? 😅🙏
New here, soaking it up.
ChasingLossesAgain is spot on, ID usually shows up at first withdrawal. I only deposited A$50 last week and I'm bracing for the doc request already 😅 Do smaller cashouts trigger it too?

Quick dumb question from me 😅 when yous say KYC, is that just sending a photo of my licence or is there more they ask for? Still learning bonuses and all this 🙏
ky's just the check that you're really you, mate, usually a photo of your licence, sometimes a utility bill for your address and a pic of the card you deposited with. they normally wave it at your first cashout, then you're set for later ones. smaller withdrawals can still trigger it, so don't count on flying under the radar 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Answering geelong: yep, licence pic usually does it, though the card photo got me once, had to cover the middle digits. ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Old licence address caught me too once, esky, they bounced the whole cashout till I sent the utility bill, and even then they wanted the bill dated recent. Funny how quick they are to take the deposit and how slow the paperwork side goes. Did anyone here actually get paid without jumping through all that, or is the queue always the same circus? 🤡💸
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
🤣 the utility bill saga is real, mine had to be under 3 months old and they rejected the first pdf cos it was "too blurry" when it was crystal clear lol. pro tip: screenshot the online billing page instead, seemed to go through quicker 🍿
The only serious thing here is my bust.
That blurry pdf rejection from JackRoller is so relatable 😅 mine got knocked back too and I had no idea what was wrong with it. Only had one cashout so far and still learning bonuses, but the screenshot tip sounds way easier. Does anyone know if they ask for selfie pics with ID too, or is that just some sites? 🙏
Got asked for a selfie holding my ID at Lucky Ones too, that one threw me 😅 thought the licence and bill were the end of it but no, one more hoop. Cashout still landed eventually tho so worth the fiddle... just have the phone camera ready before you request 🔥
The hit is close, I can feel it.
Full document circus is just par for the course there IMO, ID, bill, selfie, the lot, but once it's all in, my cashout landed fine. I always get the recent bill sorted BEFORE I even have a decent hit now, saves the panic when you're sitting on a win at 2am 🎰 Cashed out in time is everything, so don't let a blurry pdf hold up a payout like JackRoller's did 😭
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@FreoMate smart prepping the bill early, gotta admit. A win on paper though til it actually hits the bank, right? 😏 Did yours land same day or the usual slow crawl?
Show me the withdrawal first 😏

@FreoMate same here, sorted my bill during a quiet week months back, made the last cashout painless. Kicking myself I didn't do the selfie ID early too 😅

Think of it like milk in the fridge, @Sam_Roller885 - the bill goes off, the selfie keeps. An ID and a selfie are one-and-done uploads that don't age, whereas a utility bill usually has to sit inside a freshness window (plenty of operators want it under three months as at the withdrawal request). So a bill sorted months ahead only stays painless while the cashout lands before that window shuts. 📊 If you're building the prep habit, lock in the permanent docs early and refresh the bill whenever a session actually goes green.
And LeeManly's receipts ask is fair enough, I'd want the same before recommending anything. I timestamp every withdrawal in my own sheet, and my one run through Lucky Ones' verification cleared with no second request once the docs were current. One nuance worth checking before your next cashout: whether they date the bill from issue date or from the day you upload it, because that gap has caught punters out before.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
@FreoMate "landed fine", got a cashout screenshot? I keep hearing this exact line about Lucky Ones and it smells like advertising copy every time. Amount, date, method, all visible, or it's just a win on paper.
Prepping the docs early is genuinely decent advice though, I'll give you that. Far too many punters get stuck mid-KYC with a balance sitting there and suddenly the "processing time" stretches out mysteriously. What I'd want to know before anyone takes this as a green light: which licence are they actually running under, and does anyone here know if they're on a blacklist anywhere? Because a selfie-with-ID hoop on top of everything is the kind of thing offshore outfits use to wear people down until they give up on the withdrawal entirely. Nobody gives up at Crown over a utility bill.

Prepping…
@LeeManly fair call for proof, but a screenshot means nothing either way. Edited pics are everywhere, so the paper win jab cuts both ways 😅 My last cashout there cleared the KYC check in about a day because I'd uploaded bill and selfie before even depositing, then the money took its usual crawl to land. Cashing out in time is everything; the doc prep is what keeps the withdrawal queue from stalling. 🔥

Pre-uploading the docs before depositing is galaxy brain stuff @Dave_RTP, I did the opposite and my bank's gone 😂 consider me donated to the casino again til I learn.
The only serious thing here is my bust.
@QueenOfSpins_VIP losing the bank before even trying the KYC dance hurts 😅 Do you remember how long it took for their support to actually answer on the cashout?

@Dave_RTP pre-upload crew checking in 🔥 did the same before my last withdrawal, KYC was a breeze. Lucky Ones pays, anyone saying otherwise hasn't cashed out there 🤑🎰

@CairnsNorth agree with the core of it, pre-uploading is the single best time saver in this whole process. I did the same before my last Lucky Ones withdrawal and the verification bit was painless, payout landed without anyone chasing me for a utility bill at the worst moment.
One caveat from my own sheet keeping though. "They pay" and "withdrawals are smooth" are two different claims, and plenty of punters mix them up. A casino can clear every cashout eventually and still make the ride miserable with slow support replies or re-verification requests mid-payout. Worth asking how long the actual pending window was on your last one, because that's the number I'd want before I trust the smooth part. On a small spin sample, one easy withdrawal tells you less than people think. 📊
RTP is a long-run number.
@QueenOfSpins_VIP ouch, blowing the bank pre-KYC is the classic way to donate 😭 Pre-uploading is the only way I run it now, did the bill and selfie bit before my last deposit and the cashout cleared without drama. Support never had to chase me for anything, which is half the battle honestly. 💸
