Handing over full KYC before a single cashout has even landed? That's where I'd pump the brakes too. I've done bonus wagering on plenty of offshore sites and the check usually comes at withdrawal time, so getting asked upfront makes me wonder what happens if the payout stalls after they've got your passport. I'd be more worried the other way round honestly, once you've sent your licence, utility bill and a selfie of yourself holding the passport, what leverage do you have left if the cashout goes quiet? Righto Mike, leverage here just means whatever's left to make them pay up, before you send docs, you can still take your money elsewhere if they dawdle, but once they've got your licence and selfie they've got your identity locked in and you're just waiting on their goodwill. I turned 50 into a few grand at one joint years back and nearly wore the same trap. Best move if a cashout sits pending: raise it with the regulator listed on their site and dispute it through your bank before it's too late 😉

So before anyone sends a passport to an offshore outfit: got a cashout screenshot from someone who actually got paid? That's my price for believing any of it.
