Duel Casino asked me for KYC docs mid-cashout, anyone else hit this?
Same thing happened to me last month, mid-cashout and suddenly the ID request pops up. I just cleared the docs and waited it out, bit annoying but the withdrawal did land once they were happy. How long they holding yours for? Cashing out in time is everything so don't let it sit unverified if you can help it 💸
Holding mine a fair while now, mate, docs went in and nothing's moved since. Yours landing eventually gives me a bit of hope though. I've been around long enough to know the check always shows up when there's a decent cashout sitting there, never when you're depositing 😄 patience is the only play, rushing them never made a withdrawal any faster.

ky-c just means they've got to prove you're you before money moves, same as the club checking your ID at the door. usually it's a photo of your licence plus something showing where you live, a bill or bank letter does the trick, and sometimes they want to see the card you deposited with, corners blacked out. mine went through in a day or two back when i had the same hold-up at another joint, ah well, we grind on 😉

ha, the club comparison is spot on, wageringreq. only thing i'd add is they usually want the docs fresh, like nothing too old as proof of address, i sent a bill that was a bit dated once and they knocked it back and made me grab a bank letter instead. ah well, we grind on, better than the cashout bouncing altogether 😉

For the bank letter, a PDF usually does the trick as long as it's got your name and address on it clear as day and it's recent. What got me once was sending everything as separate files when they wanted one combined doc, had to sit there on my phone merging images like a dropkick. My tip is to lay the licence flat on a white bench under the kitchen light, phone steady, no flash. And keep the originals on the drive somewhere, because if you ever bust a bank and win another one, they'll ask all over again. 😉
happened to me too, hit withdraw after a decent night on the pokies and boom, KYC banner. sent my licence pic on the couch and they knocked it back first go, reshooting the thing like 3 times before it passed. tip from me, do it on a flat bench under a proper light not the phone torch, glare gets everyone 😅
as for the wait differing, reckon it does mate, mine sat in review while i kept spinning anyway lol. just don't cancel the cashout while docs are pending, heard that resets the queue for some blokes 🔥💰
