Do Duel Casino cashouts go through without full KYC?
Had a decent run on Duel the other arvo and now I'm sitting here wondering if I'll ever see the money. Didn't try the cashout yet because I keep hearing the KYC question is where it goes sideways for Australian punters.
Anyone here actually got paid from them without handing over the whole filing cabinet? What do they ask for first up, and does the check stall at the deposit record stage? I don't need exact timelines, just want to know if it's a smooth release or if the withdrawal sits there while they chase every doc. Cold math says don't even play the bankroll up until I know the exit door works.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Tassie mate, the honest answer is nobody knows till you press the button, and that's half the fun of offshore sites these days 😄
I've been around long enough to have busted more banks than I've deposited, and the pattern I've seen with these offshore outfits is the check usually wakes up the moment you ask for a payout, not before. Some let the first small one slide on the basics, then want every doc under the sun for the second. Never tried Duel myself so I can't tell you what their folder looks like. What I'd do is cash out early and small, before you build up a balance you actually care about, because a grand stuck in verification limbo hurts a lot more than a hundred does. And keep your deposit records handy from day one, screenshots and all, since that first payment trail is where these checks tend to stall. Ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Keen to see an actual paid screenshot too, I'm new to all this and the KYC stuff scares me 😅 do they ask for ID upfront or only when you withdraw?
New here, soaking it up.
Same story everywhere with these offshore ones, docs only surface when you hit withdraw. Tassie, give it a go and report back, keen to see if they pay on the basics. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Dumb question from me 🙈 what does "the basics" actually mean for KYC? Is a licence and a power bill enough or do they want bank statements too?
No dumb question at all, mate. The basics usually means photo ID (licence or passport) plus something showing your address, like that power bill, and maybe a shot of the card you deposited with. Bank statements are the next tier up, they tend to drag those out if the withdrawal looks odd to them or the first lot of docs doesn't satisfy them. Took 50 to 5k on Horseman years back and still had to hand over the full folder before a cent moved, so expect the grind either way 😉
I did my first Duel cashout recently, they wanted the ID and a card pic upfront before anything moved 😬 Still waiting to hear if the address doc clears it, will report back.
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Good luck to SlotAddictLord with the address doc, that's usually the easy part to be honest. My own run-in with an offshore cashout a while back, the thing that nearly did me in was the card pic, they wanted it held up next to the ID and all shadowed edges visible. Third go before someone upstairs said yeah, that'll do 😄
Tassie, my tip from being busted more banks than you've deposited: get the ID, the power bill and a decent card photo ready before you even hit withdraw. If the check stalls it's nearly always at the deposit record side, so a screenshot of your transaction history from your banking app doesn't hurt either. Saves the back-and-forth grinding that drags the wait out.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
The card pic thing made me nervous too when I signed up 😅 I've only deposited my first bit so far and haven't tried a cashout yet, but honestly the card held next to ID sounds like the trickiest bit. SlotAddictLord could be right that the address doc is easy, but I'd rather know now what they want 🙈 cheers for the breakdown ChasingLossesAgain, that helps!
New here, soaking it up.
SlotAddictLord, that card pic is exactly where mine stalled last year on an offshore site. What saved me was taping the card to a white sheet of paper and shooting it in daylight, shadows gone first take. Worth doing before they ask, because once you're three resubmissions deep the queue restarts and you wait all over again.
Volatility > vibes.
😂 the white paper trick should be pinned somewhere honestly, it's carried half this thread. My two cents, when I cashed out of an offshore joint the KYC only kicked in AFTER I hit withdraw, nothing upfront, so Adelaide mate probably don't stress till you press the button. And yeah, mine also wanted proof of address on top, the bill is basically the final boss 🤣🍿
Came to hit, stayed to tilt 🍿
