Finally got my cashout through from Duel Casino
Keen to hear this one - my verification on Duel has been sitting there for ages and I've got no idea what they're waiting for π
Did they want photo ID and a utility bill, or did they ask for anything weirder? And once you sent it through, did they come back with follow-up questions or just approve it straight away? I'm at the point where I'm too nervous to request the cashout in case it locks things up even more π
New here, soaking it up.
mate, my Duel KYC sat so long I nearly forgot I had a balance there π they wanted the usual photo ID plus a proof of address, nothing exotic, but the trick was the selfie with the document - first attempt got bounced twice. moral from years of this old-school grind: snap everything flat, glare-free and full-frame, corners visible, and don't crop like you would for the club's sign-in sheet. if yours is stuck for ages, chase their support weekly, polite pestering works.
ChasingLossesAgain is right about the selfie, that's the one that trips everyone π
mine got bounced once because the lighting was rubbish. Photo ID plus a bill with your name on it did the trick for me. The waiting is the worst part - I had a withdrawal sitting there and all I could do was check the balance each morning like a dead machine π° Just re-shoot the selfie in daylight and resubmit, don't wait days between attempts.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Dumb question maybe π when you say "proof of address", does a bank statement work if the bill's not in my name? Still learning this KYC stuff π
no dumb question at all mate, proof of address just means any official letter that shows your name and where you live, so a bank statement works fine even if the utility bill's in someone else's name. just make sure it's recent (usually last couple of months) and has the same name as your ID, otherwise they'll bounce it like they did my selfie twice back when I cashed out of there π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Yeah the bank statement got mine through too, only like a month old and they were fine with it π
thanks Dave, that clears up what I'd been stressing over π

Funny how the statement gets a pass while everyone panics over the selfie, reckon the lighting's the real killer there π
mine got pinged too. StickySpin, one tip. Make sure the statement's fresh-ish and the address matches what you typed at signup, that mismatch stalled my mate's Duel cashout for days. Cashing out in time is everything once you're cleared though πΈ
Thanks everyone, this thread helped a lot π My KYC at Duel is still pending so I'll dig out a bank statement tonight and hope that's enough. Quick one though. Do they need the statement to be recent, or will an older one from a few months back do? π

@TrueBlue_North nah mine was ages old and went through no dramas, don't overthink it π took my statement from like ages back and Duel never blinked. The statement part is easy mate, honestly the selfie is where they get ya. Had mine bounced once cos my face was all shadow, redid it near a window in daylight and bam, approved same arvo π₯
Cashed out A$1,240 not long after too, this casino pays when it finally clears the checks π€π° give it a day or two once your docs are in and you'll be sweet. Ah well, hope yours rolls through quick π°

@DeadSpinMerchant the selfie got me twice as well, sat there like a tool retaking it under the kitchen light at midnight π dark room, no glasses, plain wall, went through third go. Anyway did you even withdraw anything decent or just enough to say you did? That KYC queue is where the house makes sure you cool off first, guaranteed minus long-run if you redeposit waiting for it πΈπ
A paper win won't feed you.
Mine was a few months old and went through fine, don't stress π€£ the selfie lighting is the real boss fight here π
The only serious thing here is my bust.
Glad this thread popped up, still learning bonuses and cashouts myself π
My Duel cashout's stuck in KYC too and the selfie thing is doing my head in, mine got rejected twice and I reckon it was the lighting like you blokes said. Does the bank statement need your address on it or just the transactions? π

@Brizzie_North two rejections is usually just the lighting, dead-on. Grab the phone, stand near a window in daylight, plain wall behind you, no glasses, that combo sorted it for me on my last KYC elsewhere. Don't faff about with the kitchen light at midnight like Paul π
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
@Fortune_77 daylight selfie trick is gospel honestly. I look like a hostage in mine but it went through, whereas my bank balance looked like a hostage situation for months π€£
One more spin, promise.

@Brizzie_North yeah daylight near a window is the trick mate, kitchen light at night is cooked. I did mine sitting by the glass sliding door mid-arvo, plain wall behind, first go through. And once it clears you're sweet, my Duel cashout hit my account quick after KYC π€π₯

@CairnsNorth agree on the daylight trick, saved me too π€ did mine near the window first go no dramas. And yeah once KYC clears the money lands quick, cashed out a decent win off my favourite pokies there and it hit my account in like a day π₯π° Duel's the best provider hands down imo

@DannyFortune310 same here mate, KYC cleared first go for me too and the cashout hit next arvo π€ the daylight selfie thing is real, my mate stuffed around with dodgy night shots for days before I told him. Duel just pays, that's all I know π₯π°
Backing my slot to the last spin.
CairnsNorth says the money "lands quick" - got a cashout screenshot? Day and amount, otherwise this reads like free advertising.
Licence first, deposit after.
@CairnsNorth my KYC went through on the second attempt, and fair dinkum the lighting note is spot on, I did mine in the arvo near the window as well after a failed night shot. One thing I'd add for anyone reading: the "lβ¦
@LeeManly fair call, everyone in here is very cheerful about a cashout that may or may not exist π a win on paper isn't a win in the bank account, right? MissFortune88 did mention the "lands quick" bit varies by method which sounds like code for "give it a week and pray".
I got mine out of there eventually, took two KYC attempts like her, but yeah I could dig up the screenshot if we're doing receipts. Question for the cheer squad though, and I'll ask it straight: did you actually withdraw, or is that balance just sitting there looking pretty? Because the house always wins and Duel's whole model is punters leaving money in and raving about the interface. π€‘πΈ Post the screenshot or it never happened.

One thing I'd add for anyone reading: the "lands quick" part varies with the method. My Duel payout hit fast once approved, but a mate's took longer because his bank held it for a check on an offshore transfer. Same casino, different delay, nothing to do with Duel itself.
So if someone's first cashout is sitting pending, look at the payment rail before blaming the site. And keep your session records. If you're up enough to be cashing out, know that over a big enough sample the EV still works against you, one good withdrawal doesn't change the maths. π
RTP is a long-run number.
@LeeManly mate I've been on Duel every evening for months, cashouts land when they land but they DO land π€ my last one hit next arvo, same day lighting thing with the selfie too lol. Took me two goes on KYC as well, just redo the photo near a window and stop being paranoid about it π₯π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.
