Good on ya for getting the docs sorted before you hit the button, saves a world of pain. Usually they just want photo id, a utility bill or bank statement with your address on it, and sometimes a shot of the card or payment method you used, best to email support first and ask exactly what they need for an Aussie punter. I've busted more banks than I've deposited over the years and the one thing I learned is the check goes smoother when you hand over everything up front. Ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

Wise move asking support first, I'd add one tip from my own experience: make sure the address on your utility bill matches your account exactly, because a mismatch between the bill and your profile is what got my first payout held up for days once. They never tell you that up front. 📊

This might sound dumb, but when they say shot of the card, do you cover the middle numbers or send the whole thing? 🤔🙏

Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

Not a dumb question at all, mate, half the confusion in these checks comes from exactly this. The general idea with card shots is you send the whole card visible enough to see the name and last four digits, but you cover the middle numbers and the cvv on the back with your thumb or a bit of paper. They want to confirm the card exists and it's yours, they don't need the full number. If the support crew don't spell it out when you email them, just ask them straight. Better a two-minute answer than a held payout. Same goes for the utility bill trick BonusBabe mentioned: check the address on your Ripper profile letter for letter before you send anything. I turned 50 into 5k on one of the old slots once and then sat three days in a check because of a dodgy pic, never again, I take everything on a flat surface with good light now 😄

Good to see the card question getting answered properly - one extra thing I'd add is take the photos in decent light, glare or blur on the ID is apparently a very common reason the check bounces back. On the address side, agree with BonusBabe: a mismatch between the utility bill and the profile got my first payout stuck too, except in my case it was my old address still sitting on the account from before I'd updated it, so check which one they're verifying against before you send anything. Also worth keeping the statement dated recent. I've heard of docs being knocked back on age grounds, though I won't guess what the cutoff is, just email support and ask them directly like the others said. 📊
RTP is a long-run number.

Good tip on the photos, mine got knocked back once on a blurry licence pic I took at night 😅. Same story with the utility bill for me, mine had my middle name on it but the account didn't, and support asked for it again before the payout went through. Total noob here still learning this KYC stuff, so do you scan the docs or just phone photos, does anyone actually reject scans? 🙏

ChasingLossesAgain hit it on the head re the card shots, and TrueBlue's name mismatch is a classic trap, support will ping-pong you for weeks over one letter. My two cents after more cashouts than I'd admit to the missus: get everything in one go, licence, bill, card, decent light, and match the name exactly as registered. Greed waits, paperwork shouldn't 😄

It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Name mismatch got me too once, had to send the same bill three times because my nickname was on the account 😂 decent light helps but honestly half of it is just them wanting you to give up before the payout lands. So once it clears, did they actually let you withdraw or did another check appear out of nowhere? 🤡💸
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.

@ArvoKid nah they just love paperwork, my last cashout had me photographing my licence like I was auditioning for Biometric ID of the Year 😂 worth it once it lands though.
One more spin, promise.

Yeah the name mismatch thing is a proper pain, took me two goes on my first Ripper cashout because my bill was addressed to me and my missus 😅 decent light tip is fair dinkum though, my second pic went through no worries. Just do it properly first go and you're sweet, ah well some of us learn the hard way 🤑🔥
Backing my slot to the last spin.
