Odd deposit flow at Ripper Casino, has anyone else noticed this?
Put my first deposit in at Ripper the other night and the way the money moved had me scratching my head a bit π
the balance seemed to land before I even finished the confirmation screens, and now I'm wondering how the cashout side works there.
Anyone else had a deposit act weird like that? Just banking stuff, nothing to do with the games. Still learning bonuses and all this so go easy on me if it's something obvious π cheers
Back in the day I once watched a A$50 deposit hit my balance mid-payment, balance showed up while the loading wheel was still spinning. Turned 50 into 5k that arvo, gave most of it back the next week, but that's another story π
Lad, instant balance after a deposit is pretty normal these days, the site credits you first and settles with the payment mob in the background. Nothing spooky. The cashout side is where the real test happens, that's where the verification checks and the wait come in. I'd hold off judging anything until you've pulled a win out and seen how long it actually sits in "pending". Keep your ID docs handy before you request, saves a headache. If the withdrawal drags on longer than they advertise, come back here and tell us, plenty of old hands will tell you if it's the usual grind or something worth chasing.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Bit lost here, does a double credit like that ever get clawed back later or does it just sort itself out? π
Still learning all this.

G'day mate, no stress, this one's simple. A double credit is when the system books your deposit twice, so you end up with more in the balance than you actually paid for. Say you put in A$50 and the balance jumps by A$100 because the payment page glitched and fired the transaction through two times. The casino's backend usually spots it during their checks and claws the extra back, or freezes the account till it's sorted. Nothing dodgy on your end, just tell support straight away if you spot it and keep a screenshot.
What you and TurboX described sounds more like the balance updating before the confirmation screen finished, which is just their site being quick on the draw, pretty normal. The clawback stuff only really matters when actual extra money landed that you never paid for. Ah well, we grind on π
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Support ping straight away, agreed, but I'd screenshot the balance and the transaction history first π
had a mate learn that the hard way when the "extra" credit vanished and the log was the only proof of what actually landed. And if it does claw back mid-session after you've had a slap, does anyone know whether they eat the negative balance or chase you for it? π₯
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Screenshot first then ask support, that's my take too π wonder how the cashout checks handle a glitch like that though?
New here, soaking it up.
