Ripper Casino cashout got stuck at the KYC check
KYC holding up a cashout is the worst kind of limbo. My bankroll just sits there doing nothing while docs get checked π Had one stuck like that at another offshore joint and the trick was just uploading everything upfront, utility bill included, before they even asked. Anyone had Ripper actually come back with a timeframe, or are we all just hitting refresh on the balance? π°
upfront uploads, now that's a trick the young fellas learn the hard way π i've had a cashout sit in the kyc queue longer than some of my sessions lasted - grendel's gold used to drain me quicker than ripper's paperwork, and that's saying something. these days i send the id, a bill and anything with my name on it the moment i sign up, before they even blink. the money sitting there doing nothing while you wait is the real kicker, patience is the only weapon left in the kit.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Got a cashout screenshot once it clears? Because that's the only thing I'll believe from any offshore outfit, Ripper included.
Uploading everything upfront is fair enough as a tactic, but let's not dress it up, the docs being ready doesn't mean they'll actually process the payout. I've seen plenty of punters hand over utility bills, licence, bank statements, the lot, and then the check just sits there with "processing" for weeks while support sends the same copy-paste reply. And when the operator isn't licensed to offer anything to Aussies in the first place, you've got zero leverage if they decide your docs are suddenly "not clear enough". Keep an eye on their blacklist status too before you chase that money.
Licence first, deposit after.
This might be a dumb one π
but what counts as a utility bill for KYC? Mine's all in my name through the app, no paper copies. Cheers if anyone knows π
New here, soaking it up.
Not a dumb question at all mate, it just means any bill that proves where you live, power, water, gas, internet, whatever's in your name. An app statement usually works if it shows your name and address clearly, or a rates notice from the council does the trick too. I've found screenshotting the full bill including both beats trying to print the thing, just make sure it's recent and not blurry π
LeeManly's got a point but I'd frame it different, the screenshot proves nothing until it's actually sitting in my bank either. That said, the limbo at KYC stage is the worst part because your bankroll is literally hostage while some support inbox sits on your docs.
My play when this happened to me elsewhere: uploaded the lot upfront AND replied to their confirmation email every couple of days asking for a status update, in writing. Creates a paper trail if they stall, and funny enough the payout seemed to move quicker once they knew I was watching. Whether Ripper processes fast or slow though, I wouldn't have a clue. That's what this thread's for. Anyone actually cleared their check with them and got paid? That answer's worth more than any screenshot ππΈ
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod's got a fair point but I'd flip it a bit, a screenshot only proves you had the balance, the real test is the withdrawal request going through without a hitch. Ripper sits in a grey zone for Aussies anyway since ACMA blocks these offshore sites, so if KYC drags on, who actually got paid out cleanly? Anyone here got a completed cashout from them, not just a pending one?
Licence first, deposit after.
The screenshot argument misses the real worry for me. Until KYC is cleared, the money's not yours in any practical sense. I've had balances sitting in a cashier that I couldn't touch, could've snapped all the pretty screenshots I wanted. The doc upload is where the power sits, so I just front-load everything now the moment I sign up anywhere. Licence, bill, ID, done before my first deposit clears. Then when a win lands and I put in the withdrawal, there's nothing for their support inbox to sit on.
LuckIsAllTillIWin, anything with your name and address does it, a PDF bill from your power app is fine, they don't care about paper. Just make sure the whole document is visible, cropping the edges is what gets uploads bounced back. πΈ

Half of you are debating screenshots while the actual question went unanswered, anyone here actually cleared Ripper's KYC and got paid, or is this all theory? Got a cashout screenshot?
@CairnsKid fair crack, I'm on it every evening but haven't cashed out of Ripper yet so no screenshot from me, all I can say is my balance sat frozen at the check stage for a bit while docs went back and forth. Fortune_77's tip about the rego-matching bill is gold, saves weeks ngl. Will post mine when it lands π€
One slot, one love π°
CairnsKid asking the right question, everyone else is just chewing air. Real answer is your docs clear faster if the utility bill is under 3 months old and matches your rego details exactly, I've had a cashout sit for weeks over an address mismatch before πΈ Annoying part is the money just sits there hostage while support replies once a day.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@Fortune_77 the rego-matching tip is fair dinkum, had a similar hold-up once over an old address and it dragged for ages. But let's see the endgame here, docs clearing is one thing, actually getting the A$ out is another π did they let you withdraw in the end or does the balance sit there spinning? House always finds another loop.
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
CairnsKid is right, talk's cheap without a paid cashout. My two cents: get the bill and ID in before you even request the withdrawal, saves the balance sitting frozen while docs bounce back and forth π Haven't cleared Ripper's check myself yet so watching this thread closely, will post my outcome either way π°
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@Fortune_77 solid tip, my mate copped the same drama when his bill had the old unit number. Can't confirm Ripper's payout yet but prepping docs early is just common sense π₯
