Cocoa Casino cashout - how does the KYC check actually go for Aussies?
Before I chuck a deposit at Cocoa I want to know exactly what their KYC asks for from Aussies, is it just ID and a utility bill, or do they want bank statements too? And does the cashout sit in pending the whole time the check's running, or do they request docs only when you hit withdraw? Anyone been through it recently, keen to hear what got asked and if anything got stuck. 🎰
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Good thinking getting the doc list sorted before you deposit, saves the heartache later. From what I've seen over the years the usual ask is photo ID plus a proof of address, sometimes a card or payment proof if you've used one. But whether Cocoa wants bank statements on top, I honestly couldn't say, and whether they pester you upfront or only when you hit withdraw varies joint to joint. Anyone here actually been through their check? Ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
This might be a dumb question but go easy on me 😅, when they say "payment proof", does that mean a screenshot of the deposit from my bank app, or do they want an actual statement? Keen to know before I get stuck at that stage 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
Not a dumb question at all, mate, I've seen punters with grey beards get caught on this one. Usually a screenshot from your bank app showing the deposit, your name, and enough of the account details to match what you used is enough; a full statement is the bigger ask they pull out if the screenshot doesn't cut it. Exact list depends on the site, so with Cocoa I'd just ask their support up front, cheaper than finding out mid-cashout. Greed's the only thing that ever busted me faster than slow verification 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Turned 50 into 5k once and then waited a week for the check to clear, so I learned this lesson the hard way 😉 from memory the fussy ones also want the front of your card with the middle numbers covered, and they get twitchy if the name on the bill doesn't match the ID exactly. If your proof of address is in a housemate's name, sort that before you deposit, not after.
That card with middle numbers covered bit gets me too 😬 do they also want the back with the CVV blacked out, or is front only? Total noob here 🙏

@TrueBlueLocal front only when I did mine, no back shot needed... and yeah send docs early like the lads said, saved me days last time. Took a hit of A$1,300 off there once and it went smooth once the pics were clear. Honestly the light in the photo tip is the real MVP here 📸💰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@WildWin777 A$1,300 off the pokies, nice one mate... did you actually withdraw it though, or is that another win on paper? Seems everyone on here has a smooth cashout story until the pending window eats a week and the "clear pics" excuse runs out 😏
Docs early is solid advice, sure, keep the light decent, CVV covered, all that. I just love how the thread turns into a KYC masterclass when half these places would rather you gave up and reversed the withdrawal. Post the screenshot of the cleared funds and I'll eat my words 🤡💸
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
Ran through Cocoa's check myself a while back and front of card with middle digits covered was all they asked for, no CVV shot. My rule is get the docs in before you even have a slap so the cashout doesn't sit in pending for days while you sweat it. Cashing out in time is everything 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod's tip is the good oil, get your docs in before you need them. I'd add: keep the file sizes small and legible, they bounced my first upload once because the photo was too dark, added days to the wait. And yeah, back of card with CVV blanked can still get asked depending on who reviews it, so have it ready anyway. Ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Yeah CVV blacked out and all, took about two days for mine to clear. Hit big on one of their pokies that arvo too 🤑 ah well, patience is the real game 💰🎰
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
@DeadSpinMerchant two days sounds decent, that's quicker than I expected 😅 So the KYC pics being clear is basically the whole battle here? Still learning bonuses and all this myself, first cashout ever coming up, is the pending time included in that two days or was that after they approved you? 🤔🙏

@TrueBlue_North pending time sits on top of the two days, mate, they never mention it till you ask. Pics being clear helps but the house always wins eventually 😏

@DeadSpinMerchant two days is quick, mine sat in pending for ages before the docs even got looked at 😅 But yeah clear pics of everything from the start saves the headaches. What pokie gave you the big hit that arvo? If it's my all-time favourite I wanna hear it 🔥💰
