Has anyone in Australia actually cashed out from Cocoa Casino?

Anyone here actually got a withdrawal across the line at Cocoa Casino? I chucked a deposit in, bonuses cleared fine, but the KYC bit is what I'm wary of. Curious what documents they wanted and whether the cashout actually landed for an Aussie punter, or if it sits in pending forever. 🔥

Right, I'll be the grumpy old voice here. I've never run a cashout through Cocoa myself, so I can't tell you the documents list or the wait, and I wouldn't trust anyone who quotes you figures off the top of their head either. What I do know is the offshore side of things is patchy for us Aussies since ACMA started blocking sites, so even if a deposit goes in fine, the payout leg is where these places test your patience. KYC on the smaller offshore outfits tends to drag, that's just how it goes. If anyone here has genuinely had money land in their account from them, I'd love to hear how long it sat in pending and what they asked for. My rule after too many years of this, if a cashout story can't be named and dated, it didn't happen. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

I'm in the same boat as you John, deposit went in fine months back but I've never pushed a withdrawal through there myself, so my spreadsheet has a blank column where Cocoa should be. What I will say is that offshore shops serving Aussies sit in a grey zone under the Interactive Gambling Act, and the practical upshot is you've got no local regulator to nag if the KYC turns into a saga. That risk is worth pricing in before you chase anything big. My habit with unverified cashiers is to test the pipe early, small withdrawal, documents uploaded before I even get asked, then watch how many days the "pending" sits there. If they want proof of address, card statements and a selfie all at once and then go quiet, that tells you more than any review. Anyone here actually cleared one? I'd genuinely like the data point, even a rough wait time, because at the moment I'm reasoning off a sample of zero.
Volatility > vibes.

Same boat here, first deposit went in fine but I'm too nervous to even attempt a cashout yet 😅 Anyone who's actually cleared KYC there, what did they ask for?
New here, soaking it up.

Funny how everyone here has deposited but none of us has actually pulled a dollar back out of the place. Sounds like a saga waiting to happen, I'd test it with a small cashout first 😉

Dave's right, small test cashout first 👍 I've only just cleared my first bonus anywhere so still learning all this, but I'd want to know what ID they ask for before risking much.

Funny state of affairs, a whole thread of us with deposits in and nobody's crossed the line back out. Reminds me of a dead machine at the club that eats your coins all arvo and pays sweet nothing. Dave's small test cashout idea is the right one, I'd do exactly that before getting too keen. If anyone here does get asked for ID, post up exactly what they wanted, that list is worth more than any bonus.

I'm with Dave on the small test cashout, might try it myself 😅 maybe a dumb question but do they ask for a photo of your card or just ID? Still learning bonuses and all this.
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

Been through this cycle more times than I'd admit. Turned a lazy fifty into five grand once years back on the old high-variance pokies, then watched the cashout crawl through verification like a queue at Centrelink 😄 With Cocoa I honestly don't know what their KYC list looks like, but anywhere offshore expect proof of ID plus a photo of the card front, name visible, and usually they want the middle digits covered. If that bit goes smoothly the rest tends to follow, so do Dave's small test first and see what they ping you for.

I've got deposits in there too but still zero cashouts between us all, which says something. Doing a small test hit first, anything bigger stays in my bankroll til I see one land.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
