Same boat here, I've got a cashout sitting in their KYC queue and haven't heard much back. They're asking for proof of where my deposit came from - payslips I think, maybe bank statements too. Honestly I'm still learning bonuses and all this side of things, so half of it's new to me 😅

Nah, no need to circle anything like a schoolteacher, LuckIsAllTillIWin - just send the full page so the one outgoing deposit is clearly visible, and plenty of folks highlight it anyway to make the reviewer's life easy. I've been through this cycle before and that's all they want: proof the money left your bank and landed where you said it did. Match that to your payslips and the check usually crawls through eventually, painful as it is. 😄

The scan quality point is the real trap, happened to a mate of mine too. Phone photos came back too grainy and they bounced the lot. Anything you send Betzillo, do it as a proper pdf or flat-bed scan if you can, and make sure every corner of the page is in frame. Once the paperwork matched the deposit trail his payout cleared, just took a while 😄

For me the KYC drag is the worst part of any cashout, I've had one sitting at Betzillo a few days now. I run all my scans through the copier at work in colour and crop the edges so there's no shadows, seems to keep their checker happy. And I always weigh the bet per spin before I chase anything while waiting, like if I've got A$300 in the balance I'm not pushing A$2 a spin hoping it hits before the payout clears. @BetGod flatbed trick is the real deal, mine went through in a couple of days after I did the same. I always count the bankroll before I chase, keep the bet per spin small while KYC drags so a stuck payout never turns into a top-up. And yeah, the "hit on the same arvo" stories always show up when someone's bragging about a pending cashout 😄

@Adelaide they never emailed me mate, had to keep refreshing the cashier like a maniac until it flipped to processing 😅 took a few days and then it just showed up, no warning.
And yeah the phone pic thing worked fine for mine, just make sure the whole bill is in frame and not glary. I actually took mine flat on the kitchen bench under the room light, no flash, and it went through first go after two rejects. Hang in there, the silence is the worst part but it usually moves once you stop staring at it 🤞🎰

@Adelaide no email mate, they just flip it quietly, same as Danny said, I kept smashing refresh on mine too 😅 phone pic of the bill was fine for me, whole doc in frame, no glare. KYC silence does your head in but it cleared in a couple days, hang in there 🔥
