Anyone completed Betzillo KYC and actually got their money out?
They're holding mine at Betzillo too mate, asked for licence, a bill and a pic of the card before the cashout clears. Been sitting on it a few days now and I'm not loving the silence.
Main thing I want to know is whether anyone's actually cleared their checks with these blokes and seen the money land, or if it just drags on forever. Cashing out in time is everything when you've banked a decent hit, so the last thing I want is docs going in and the withdrawal sitting in limbo for weeks. If you've been through it, how long did it take and did they ask for anything weird beyond the usual ID? 😭💸

couple of days of silence is normal with these identity checks, don't panic yet. they asked me for the same pile at another joint years back, licence and a bill and all that, and I grumbled the whole way through but the money did land once they were satisfied. the card photo bit is the annoying one, cover the middle numbers like they ask and send it, saves a round trip.
the silence is the worst part I reckon, you're sitting there watching the withdrawal bounce between "pending" and nothing. if it drags past a week or so without so much as an email back, start poking their support directly. ah well, we grind on. worth it rather than a busted bank on a dead machine though 😉

Same story here, BetGod, they've frozen a withdrawal of mine pending the full KYC pile. What bugs me is that nobody asks for licence and card photos when you're depositing at 11pm, only when the money's headed the other way. I get why checks exist, but a few days of silence with zero acknowledgment is where trust dies.
WageringReq_FC, fair point that it landed in the end for you. Which outfit was that, and roughly how long did they sit on it? I'd feel better knowing Betzillo isn't just stalling until people give up. I'll believe it when I cash out, and I'll post the screenshot when (if) mine clears.

Not a dumb one at all mate, happens to everyone. Cover the middle numbers and the little three digits on the back, leave the last four and your name showing so they can tell it's a real card. Every joint I've done this with was fine with that, and none of them ever knocked the withdrawal back over it 😄 turned 50 into 5k once years back and even then they just wanted enough to confirm it was mine.

Feels like these verification hoops are as dodgy as a bargain servo coffee. when i went through the whole KYC thing with betzillo before, they wanted all the usual proofs like the licence and a utility bill, you know, just to make sure we were legit punters here in australia. it takes bloody ages, but once the paperwork is sorted, the cash actually cleared up fine.

Agree with TurboX, they just want the usual proofs before letting the cashout through. Only thing I'd add, make sure the bill you send is recent, mine got knocked back once for being too old 😅 Still waiting on my Betzillo docs to clear too, so no idea yet if the money comes out clean after. Maybe I'm being dumb but the silence is the bit doing my head in 🙃

Sent mine through at Betzillo after a decent win and copped the same hold, doc pictures had to be taken flat with all four corners showing, blurry ones got bounced first go. Once the lot was accepted it went through fine for me, so hang in there lads. Recent bill is the trick, Mike's dead right there.
Sounds like the hold clears once the docs are right, which lines up with what I got told when I signed up there. I haven't cashed out at Betzillo yet myself, but everything here is standard KYC stuff you'd hit anywhere offshore. Cover the card numbers, take the licence photo flat with all four corners in frame, make sure the bill is recent. Get knocked back once and you're back in the queue, so send it clean first go.

Mine's sitting in the same hold now, got a hit worth banking and they want the full set before it moves. Annoying when it's your coin, but if it clears the same way it did for him I'll wear the wait 💸 Anyone actually got paid and can confirm how long the transfer took after approval? That's the bit nobody's nailed down yet 😭
