Yeah mate, KYC just means "know your customer", they want proof you're you before letting money go. Photo of your licence, maybe a recent bill with your address, sometimes a selfie holding the ID, and usually a screenshot showing you actually own the wallet. Bit of a pain, but I got turned 50 into 5k once on the old high-variance games and the verification slog afterwards was still worth it. Better to have the docs ready up front than watch a pending withdrawal sit there while they chase paperwork 😉

@Dave_RTP that pending drag is standard, but I'll hold the praise until it actually lands. You got a cashout screenshot of the final amount in your wallet? Plenty of "it moved quick enough" stories here that end at the pending stage. Check the licence situation too before anyone uploads their licence and bill to an offshore site that ACMA could block tomorrow, because getting your ID back from them is another story entirely.
