Cashing out in time is everything - the second a decent hit lands, get your ID and a bill uploaded while the balance is still ticking, don't leave it sitting like ChasingLosses did. My worst clear was a bonus with brutal wagering where I dropped bet size to A$0.50 a spin to grind it out, docs were checked within two days and the withdrawal actually paid. 😭💸

Word of advice on the KYC side, get your docs in before you need them, not after. I had my contact at a joint in town tell me the same trick ages ago, upload the passport and a bill upfront and the payout goes through smooth. Slow process usually means missing docs, nothing spookier 🤫
