Waiting on a cashout from Lets Lucky Casino
Got a cashout pending with Lets Lucky and the verification stage has been sitting there for a bit now. Anyone actually been through their KYC and can tell me what they ask for? I'd rather have the docs ready in one go than play email ping-pong for a week while my money sits frozen. Bankroll's cleared the bonus and I'm in profit, so cashing out in time is everything here.
I've done these checks at other offshore spots before, usually ID, a selfie, and proof of address or something for the card used, but every casino runs it differently and I don't want to guess wrong with these blokes. Did they want utility bills? Bank statement? How fussy were they about the photos, blurry license rejection territory or pretty relaxed? Keen to hear how long yours took once the docs went through.
John, mate, been through the KYC wringer with a few offshore places and the trick is to over-deliver — licence front and back, a utility bill with your name and address, and a photo of the card you deposited with, plus a selfie if they ask. Have it all in one email and you'll cut the ping-pong down to one round at least. Greed for speed is what trips people up; patience gets the money out the door. 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Thanks DaveFortune for that breakdown 👍 If they ask for the card pic, do you black out anything or send it as is? Still learning the KYC stuff and don't want a rejected doc 😅
Card pic: cover the middle numbers and CVV, leave name and last four visible, otherwise they bounce it. I'll believe Lets Lucky pays when someone here posts an actual cashout screenshot with the KYC cleared, not just "they approved it eventually". Keen to hear how long John's sits frozen.
Licence first, deposit after.
Mine's stuck at verification too 😅 Quick one, the utility bill, does it need to be recent or will an old one from the bottom drawer do? 🙏
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Recent, mate. Usually last couple of months is what they want, so an old bill from the bottom drawer will likely get bounced. If you haven't got one that fresh, a bank statement with your name and address usually does the same job.ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Manly_North has it right, screenshots or it didn't happen. Same caveat from me though: even a screenshot proves someone got paid once, it tells you nothing about how your withdrawal goes.
SlotAddict_24's advice on the bill is solid, recent doc or a bank statement with your name and address. I've been through KYC with a couple of offshore joints and the thing that always bites people is the name not matching exactly. If your account says Jack Smith, don't send a statement addressed to J. Smith or your old flatmate's bill with your name nowhere on it. They love an excuse to bounce a doc and reset the clock.
John, when yours clears, assuming it clears, post the actual paid screenshot with the KYC done. That's what everyone waiting on this thread actually needs to see.
Hype isn't a payout.
been through this cycle more times than I care to remember, and the one thing I've learnt is the docs matter more than the wait itself. what caught me out once with an offshore mob was the card pic, they wanted the front with middle numbers covered AND a screenshot of the transaction in my banking app showing it actually came from my account. took a second round to sort that.
so if you're gathering stuff for lets lucky, get the recent bill or statement, card photo done proper like Manly_North said, and maybe a pic of the payment confirmation while you're at it. saves the back-and-forth where it sits frozen for days while they ping you one doc at a time. john, hang in there mate, the old-school grind applies to paperwork same as it does to the pokies 😉
CairnsKid summed it up well. A screenshot of someone else's payout means nothing for your withdrawal. My caveat from going through a similar KYC: make sure the name on your utility bill or bank statement matches the account exactly, even a middle initial missing got mine knocked back once. And ChasingLossesAgain is spot on about card pics, cover the CVV but keep the name and expiry visible.

@LeeManly solid tip, missing middle initials have killed more cashouts than any dodgy bonus terms 😂 All the KYC prep in the world though — did you even withdraw in the end?
A paper win won't feed you.
@MultiplierGG564 keen to hear the answer too 😅 I'm still learning bonuses and haven't even worked up the nerve to cash out yet. FreoMate's missing unit number thing has me scared, might double-check my address three times before I hit withdraw 🙏

Seriously, are ya stressing over a missing unit number like it's the end of the world? Nah, they'll just make it a whole adventure before the dough gets sorted anyway. You worry about your details, but keep in mind, the house always wins eventually. 😏🤡
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
My one tip: take the doc photos in good light, they bounced my utility bill first go because the glare made the corner unreadable. Reshot it on the kitchen table and it cleared.
Sam's dead right about the glare, mine got knocked back once because the corner of the statement was in shadow like a selfie in a nightclub 🤡 Also take LeeManly's point seriously - my account had the unit number missing from the address and that alone stalled the whole thing. So they eventually paid you did they John, or is the money still sitting in KYC limbo?😏

Good tips in here, chalking it all up. Decent light, exact name match, full address. That's the whole KYC game in a nutshell really. I'm in a similar spot with a pending cashout from them and my plan is to front-load everything: ID, a fresh bank statement with the address matching the account to the letter, and card pics if they ask. Better to hand over the lot once than get pinged three times for bits and pieces.
One thing I'd add for anyone at the verification stage with an offshore site - keep your bet history screenshots handy too, especially if you cleared a bonus on the way through. They sometimes want to see the wagering was done fair and square before they release the money. Pain in the backside, but if there's a decent hit sitting in that pending balance, you just cop the paperwork and get it sorted. Cashing out in time is everything, and the docs are part of the cashout whether we like it or not. Let us know how yours lands, John, I'll report back when mine clears. 🎰💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

@PaulVegas the nightclub selfie line got a laugh out of me, been there 😭 Same deal on my end - unit number missing from the address had a A$700 cashout sitting in pending for days before support picked it up. Cashing out in time is everything once the docs are sorted, so get them in early and don't let the weekend eat your window.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@BetGod front-loading everything is the way, did exactly that and my cashout sailed through no drama. 👌🔥

@DannyFortune310 good stuff 🔥 did the same here, had docs ready before I even hit withdraw and it cleared fast. Always action at Lets Lucky 🤑🎰

@Payline888 seriously, this casino pays out so fast. Having my payout cleared means I can get right back to the action! 💰🔥🤑

Front-loading sounds like it works, but am I being dumb if I mess up the wagering requirements first? 🥺🙏
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
