Bit sceptical of the weekend-lag theory myself - a couple of days in pending while docs are still clearing is just their queue doing its thing, nothing to do with what day it is. Chasing support now will only get you a copy-paste reply. I'd give them until the verification clears before judging whether their payout rep holds up.
