Anyone else notice National Casino's minimum cashout seems different
Just went and checked my cashier at National after reading this and yeah, the minimum cashout number looks different depending where I poke around. One spot shows one figure, the help page seems to hint at something else entirely. 😅
I'm still learning bonuses and all that, so cashout rules fry my brain a bit. Is the minimum meant to change per payment method or is it just the site being confusing? Keen to hear what others see on their end before I request anything 🙏

Support quoting figures proves nothing on a small spin sample of my own requests, only a completed cashout in the cashier history settles it, and even then the numbers need to match the transaction record, not just a chat transcript. Also worth noting the minimum can sit higher while a bonus is still being wagered, so get that condition in writing too.

The lower of the two figures shown usually applies when you go through with the actual request, ah well, we grind on 😉 seen plenty of places tidy their help docs eventually though, worth asking support to confirm in writing before you have that slap. Greed finds the fastest route to busting anyway!

That said, "proof died with the bank" deserves a little charity if the account itself is gone; some operators purge histories after closure, which shifts the burden back onto the punter's screenshots. Screenshot at approval time, always.
