Had a cashout sitting in KYC limbo before and the silence is the worst part, you send the docs and then nothing for days while your bankroll is just parked there. If they go past a week without a peep I start poking their support channels one by one so there's a paper trail. Ah well, we grind on 😉

KYC limbo just means your withdrawal is stuck waiting on their identity checks, SeenItAllRegular. Money's still there but it sits parked while they poke through your docs. I once turned 50 into 5k and had it frozen for ages over a photo of a card, ah well, we grind on 😉

Back when the old slots hit different I got an odd one too, they wanted a selfie holding my licence next to a handwritten note with the date on it. Never seen that before or since, and the money did land once I played along. Reckon mystery requests like that are usually some new compliance rule someone upstairs dreamt up, so hang in there mate, don't read scam into it just yet 😉

DaveFortune, proof of address hung up my first ever cashout at another site, so that's a fair shout 😅 My old utility bill had my nickname on it and they knocked it back twice before I figured out they wanted something with the actual account name on it. Total pain.
Still got no idea what Scr111 will ask for next though, my withdrawal's been quiet since I sent the ID too. Keep us posted OP, keen to hear what the weird request ends up being 🙏 and yeah NickNewcastle I get the worry, hard to tell scam or legit when they just go silent like that.

My two cents for TrueBlue_North, chasing support every couple of days is the only thing that's ever moved a stuck cashout for me. Silence just means your bankroll is parked and nobody's driving. I'll hold off naming what they asked me for a bit longer, keen to see if anyone else copped the same weird request before I put it out there. If another punter chimes in with the same document, that tells us it's their standard play rather than them singling me out.
