What documents does Scr111 Casino ask for during KYC verification?
Keen to hear this too, got a cashout pending there myself and the KYC email had me second-guessing what to send. Did they just want ID and a utility bill, or did they chase bank statements as well? Last place I cleared verification dragged for over a week and I nearly lost the plot, so hoping this one's quicker. 💸
From memory the usual set is photo ID plus something with your address on it, and if you deposited by card they sometimes want a shot of the card with numbers half covered. I'd send clean, uncropped scans first go, half these hold-ups are just blurry photos from a phone. Never been through Scr111's own check myself so keen to hear if they chase bank statements, ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Bit nervous asking this but if they do chase the card photo, does a screenshot off my banking app work or does it have to be the physical card? 😅 Only did my first deposit there last week and I'm still learning the whole verification dance. Sending clean scans first go sounds like the go though, cheers WageringReq_FC 🙏
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Mike, banks don't hand out card screenshots showing the full number anyway, so if they do ask I'd expect the physical card photo. No personal experience with this place myself, but the KYC set above sounds standard. Before anyone sends documents to an offshore outfit like this, got a cashout screenshot from anyone who actually got paid there? And worth checking the blacklist threads first, sending ID to a dodgy operator is the part you can't undo.
Licence first, deposit after.
This might be a dumb one but when you say "clean, uncropped scans", does a normal phone photo work or does it need to be an actual scanner? 😅

Phone photo works fine mate, been through enough of these checks to know. Clean Uncropped just means the whole doc visible, no fingers over corners, no glare washing out the licence. I once sent a 📱 snap of my medicare card with my thumb shadowing half of it and they bounced it straight back. Flat on a table, decent light, ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Phone snaps definitely work for the scans, I reckon. SlotAddict_24's point about keeping the whole document in focus is spot on, too. Anything they bounce back usually comes down to glare or needing a clearer shot of a single detail like the expiry date.
However, even when you get through the initial KYC checks and the documents look spot on, keep in mind these outfits are set up to look for a reason to stall the payment. They'll check your info against every database imaginable just to make sure you aren't getting any sort of 'unauthorized access' flag. If you've paid in A$ and requested a cashout, always keep records of everything. Believe it when you cash out, but don't ever just assume the system is running smoothly.
Licence first, deposit after.
Phone photo's fine, done plenty that way. One tip from my own pile of bounced docs: make sure the address on your bill matches the ID exactly, old unit number on one of them once cost me a week.
ChasingLossesAgain copped that same week-loss on a mismatched bill years back. My caveat: redact nothing, they want the full page including logos and account number.
Licence first, deposit after.
ChasingLossesAgain copped it with the unit number, same trap nearly got me, the bill had my old address and the licence the new one. Fix that before you submit and you'll save yourself the ping-pong 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Got through KYC there with just my licence photo and a recent bill, no bank statements asked. Double-check that address matches first like the blokes said - biggest headache waiting to happen 😅
One slot, one love 🎰
Sounds like licence plus a matching bill is the minimum kit then, good enough for me to send mine through tomorrow. Only thing I'd ask CairnsKid, once you're cleared did they pay back the same way you deposited or chase you for something else? I'll post up how mine goes either way, cashing out in time is everything if the check drags.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
