KYC verification hell at Golden Star, anyone been through it?
Been through the Golden Star KYC wringer myself and yeah, it drags on. Took a few rounds of docs before they were happy, though I got there in the end. If you're going the crypto route from Australia expect them to poke at it harder, that's where mine stalled. Keep your bankroll patience, don't chase extra spins while the cashout's pending 💸

Gary's spot on about the crypto bit, that's where mine went sideways too. They wanted proof of where the coins came from, which is fair enough I suppose but nobody keeps receipts from three wallets back 😄 sent screenshots, wallet history, the lot. Took a while but it cleared.
My tip for you, mate, don't resubmit the same blurry photo hoping it passes. Clean doc, all four corners visible, name and address matching your account exactly. Half the stalling happens because the utility bill says one thing and the account says another. And be patient with them, I've been through this cycle enough times to know chasing support every hour just gets your ticket shuffled to the bottom of the pile. You'll get there in the end.

mate, what they mean by proof of source is just showing them where the money came from before it landed in your crypto wallet. even if you just won it playing pokies on a different site, you'll need to show a history of those transactions to the Golden Star crew so they know it wasn't pulled from some dodgy place.
ChasingLosses is right on the source-of-funds bit. What got me through at Golden Star was screenshots from the other site's cashier page showing my withdrawal history, plus the transaction IDs from the wallet. They want a paper trail more than anything pretty. Ah well, we grind on 😉

My only worry is my exchange app is a mess to navigate, half my history is buried in old emails too. So maybe export everything before they ask, not after?
